GUARANTEE / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY: The guarantee, cancellation, and no-show policies vary depending on the terms and conditions of the room rate & date booked.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE. Each rate plan indicates the number of persons allowed in a room (it’s either good for 2, 3, or 4 persons). For some rate plans, the hotel may allow up to 2 additional persons (adults/children), subject to extra person charge/s, and the maximum capacity per room type. For the extra person charge, the following shall apply:
• 12 years old & below: only breakfast shall be charged (if availed), and this varies depending on the age of the guest
• Above 12 years old: prevailing extra person charge (with or without breakfast)

PAYMENT: All bookings must be fully paid prior to or at check-in. In addition, an incidental deposit must be made upon check-in for incidental charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay. Upon check-out, any excess from the deposit or the exact amount (if there are no incidental charges) will be returned to the guest.

SMOKING POLICY: In compliance with Presidential Executive Order No. 26 Nationwide Smoking Ban, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. Violators will be fined up to Php10,000 per day. Please ask the Front Desk where the designated smoking area is.

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with Php500 for cleaning fee
