Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check- in, the customer will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- Events, special weekends, and holidays (such as Denison graduation and Big Red/Parents Weekend) require a 14 day cancellation and we may require a full deposit on reservation. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Terms and Conditions
-No smoking is permitted in the house and is only allowed outside. We provide an ashtray for use.
-Check in is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will need to check in after this time so we can make the proper arrangements.
-Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Later check out is available with prior arrangements.
-Breakfast, drawing from the area's quality ingredients and culinary traditions, is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m and is available with advance reservation for $15 per person. Special dietary restrictions can be accomodated.
-There is a maximum occupancy of two adults per room, an extra bed available for an extra person in most rooms. The king suite has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 adults. There is also a pullout in the Library on the first floor.
-Up to 2 Children of any age are welcome (please call or email). A bed can be provided on request for no additional charge.
-We welcome pets. There is an additional fee of $25 per night. We accept up to 2 pets per reservation. For the comfort of other guests, pets cannot be left unattended in the inn. Guests are responsible for pet-related damages. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation with a pet at any time. Prior arrangement of pet is required.
-We accept cash, PayPal, debit cards and major credit cards. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you are using a gift certificate or voucher, we will not require a deposit, but if you cancel or fail to reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your certificate or voucher will be forfeit.
-To ensure that your room is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, we will enter guest rooms to freshen bathrooms, empty the trashcans, and make the bed by request only. If a change of bedding or towels is desired, please ask. We will not enter the room during your stay unless requested.
-Guests are responsible for the replacement of any items missing from the house upon their departure
