Camaya-an Paradise Beach Resort

GENERAL POLICY

• Our opening hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Sunday including public Holidays. We allow night swimming from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM everyday.
• We don’t charge children under 3 years old for our cottages or any other services that we provide. 
• Cooking inside the room is NOT allowed.
• Food deliveries and take-out from other restaurants are allowed.
• Exceeding the number of persons in our rooms is not allowed. 
  
• Smoking inside the room is NOT allowed. !! Please NOTE !! . We have smoking areas inside the resort.
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the resort’s property or structure.
• Our resort or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
• NO Pets
• The responsibility for the children, their conduct and safety lies within the parents or guardians.

• Use the shower before entering the swimming pool and after.
• Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition(e.g. skin, heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.
• Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by the parents.
• All swimming pool users must wear proper swim attire when entering the pool area. No street clothes can be worn in the water.
• Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
• Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool except in designated seating areas.
• We allow night swimming from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM everyday.
  

• We don’t charge children under 3 years old for our cottages or any other services that we provide.
• Free WIFI. We provide free WIFI for all our guests.
• Entrance fee is included only for overnight stay, otherwise we charge 75 Php for adults and 35 Php for children under 18 years old. Children under 3 years old don't pay entrance. !!
  
• Night swimming entrance fee 100 Php.
• Car parking is for free for all our guests.
  
• Breakfast 80 Php per person.
  
• Corkage fee 20 Php per bottle is applied for all alcoholic drinks. We don't charge for food, therefore you can bring your own food if you wish so. !! Please note cooking is not allowed in our rooms. !!
• !! Please NOTE !! short stays in our rooms are charged full price. If you visit our resort in day time or just for a few hours and you consider renting a room, you will be charged according to our room prices.

• Summer Promotion ONLY for our rooms from 01 June until 31 August - 20 % Discount.
• Camaya-an Promotion ONLY for our rooms from 05 January until 25 March - 20 % Discount.
• !!! PLEASE NOTE, SUMMER AND CAMAYA-AN PROMOTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE IF CANCEL ANYTIME.
  
• Standard Pricing ONLY for our rooms from 26 March until 31 May and 01 September until 04 January. -10% Discount for 3 nights, - 15 % Discount for 4 nights, - 20 % Discount for 5 nights or more.
• !!! PLEASE NOTE 3 NIGHTS DISCOUNT, 4 NIGHTS DISCOUNT AND 5+ NIGHTS DISCOUNT ARE REFUNDABLE.
• Promotions and discounts might change without notice in the future. Make sure you check our promotions and discounts policy before booking.

• Check  in time 2:00 PM.
• Check  out 12:00 NOON 
• Check in Age over 18 years old.
• ID should be presented at check in front desk.
• Checking out later than 12:00 NOON is not allowed.
• Extended stay it's allowed upon availability and it must be paid as full price.

• We don’t charge children under 3 years old for our cottages or any other services that we provide.
• Parent or guardian should explain and guide the minor to follow our Resort rules. Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited for minors.
• Parent or guardian should pay for any fee occurred if minors are failed to pay it.
• The guests shall compensate the Resort for any damage caused through intention or negligence from the minor or the stay would be cancelled without any objection. 
• Children under 8 years old should be supervised by parent or guardian when they are using our swimming pool.
• Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by the parent or guardian.
• Use of an infant life vest is encouraged and are available upon request as per availability.
• Children should not be left alone overnight in the room.

• The Resort has its own car park, which is free for resort's guests and according to availability of parking space.
• The resort does not accept responsibility for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the resort premises.

• Our resort can organise events such as : weddings, private parties, birthdays, baptism, and many more.
  
• Events capacity up to 300 guests.
  
• Custom prices are applied for each event and it will be calculated depending on the number of persons and days. For events or entire resort reservation please call us.
  

• Camaya-an Paradise Beach Resort will collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of administering your booking and providing you with any services associated with your booking.
• We may use third party service providers to provide specific business support services to us which may involve limited access to guest or visitor personal information. 
  
• Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers that offer services, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery and others.
• We reserve the right to disclose your personal information with other parties when we believe that it is necessary to protect our rights or the security of our resort as required by law, or when we believe that it is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order.

• The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of any money, jewellery and other valuable objects.
• Camaya-an Paradise Beach Resort and / or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any valuables.
