Mythic is a cosy Boutique B&B, where Urban Art, Architecture
and Comfort blend together creating a new accommodation concept in the city of
Valencia.
Located just five minutes away from Ciutat Vella (city
centre), Mythic was built within an industrial warehouse, turning the ancient
building into an urban, modern and different space, honouring its original
industrial style but still bearing in mind the concept of a boutique accommodation.
The property has 24 rooms, distributed along a garden-corridor,
as well as some common areas where to relax and admire the great urban art of
Pichiavo. The internationally renowned local artists have created two
impressive Street Art paintings in our walls, exalting the classical mythology that
gives name to our property.

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Hour: 2:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: €25.00
Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 2:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
STANDARD RATE: Freecancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Regarding the Standard Rate, we determine thefollowing terms:
- Guests can cancel until 7 days beforetheir arrival day for a full refund
- Cancellationsafter 7 days before their arrival day will not receive a refund
- In case of theguest not showing up, the 100% of the rate will be charged
Cancellations should be notified via phone or email to thefollowing address: contact@mythichotel.es, indicating the bookingnumber and full name of the main guest. All cancellations are confirmed to the guests once they arefull submitted and accepted by the property.
Cancellations will only be considered valid if they have received theabove-mentioned confirmation email.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS (7 or more rooms)
Some specificconditions are set for group reservations:
- Cancellations or modifications until 30 days before arrivalwill be free of charge
- Cancellationsor modifications after 30 days before arrival will not get a refund
- Incase of guests not showing up on their arrival day, the 100% of the rate willbe charged
Terms and Conditions
BOOKINGS
Confirmed bookings are guaranteed until the arrival date at 2 a.m. After that day and time, guest will be considered as a No-show, their booking will no longer be guaranteed, and their room could be reassigned.
Cancellation costs could be then applied basedon our cancellation policy. Please check our terms.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment will be done before the guest’s arrival by credit or debit card and in the terms given on your booking rate. Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
The property has the right to cancel any booking if the prepayment has not been received within the specified time frame. In that case, we’ll send you a cancellation confirmation by email.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TERMS
Check-in is available from 14h until 2 a.m.
An ID or passport of all room occupants is required at check-in as well as a valid credit/debit card to guarantee your stay.
Check-out time is at 12h.
Late check-out is subject to availability and it will have an extra fee of 25€ until 14h and a fee of 45€ until 18h.
CHILDREN
Children until 1 year old are free.
At Mythic all our rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people: 2 adultos or 1 adult + 1 child
There is only one room, the Suite Mythic, where extra occupants, regardless of age, could be allocated.
NO PETS are allowed in this property.
ACCESSIBILITY
The property has an accessible room adapted for people with limited mobility. We kindly ask the guest who requires this kind of room to notify the property as soon as possible to allocate their booking inthe right room. Common areas are also well spacious and accessible for all guests.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Mythic Boutique Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking property.
This policy includes both the traditional methods and the electronic systems and their variations, regardless of their name. Smoking in the rooms or in the common areas itis not allowed an a fine up to 150€ could be applied.
ROOMS POLICY
Each room’s category has similar sizes and equipment; however, some variations might happen due to the specific characteristics of the building.
Any damaged or missing items will be billed to your credit card at market value. In case of spotting any problem or previous damages at the room we kindly ask the guest to inform us as soon as possible to avoid any possible additional charges.
All guests at the property must be quiet between 23h and 7h.
HOUSEKEEPING
A daily housekeeping service is provided to clean the rooms between 9h and 14h approximately.
Towels and bed linen are washed every three days for guests staying longer than 4 days. For shorter stays, they are washed after every check-out.
In case of a ‘Do not disturb’ sign hanger on the door, housemaids are instructed not to knock the door or enter the room while the sign is present.
GUEST SECURITY AGREEMENT
As part of our commitment with all guests’ security, employees are instructed not to reveal any information about our guests, including names or room numbers to anyone who has not been previously authorized by the guest. With the only exception of the police.
A CCTV system is located at the common areas of the property.
