Free Cancellation - 22 days and above before the arrival date
Full Charge - 21 days prior or less before arrival date, no-show, or shortened stay

Free Cancellation - 15 days and above before the arrival date
Full Charge - 14 days prior or less before arrival date, no-show, or shortened stay

Terms and Conditions
1. Rebooking or Booking Revisions:
- 100% advance payment is required within 48 hours after you make your reservation. (Your reservation will only be guaranteed once we receive your advance deposit) You may pay thru online banking. Please send us proof of transfer.
- Changes made 7 days before your arrival date shall be charged 25% of the advance payment, and the remaining 75% shall be credited to the new booking (not applicable in case of Force Majeure).
- Applies to guaranteed bookings (with deposit) ·
- Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations office at least 2 weeks in advance before your arrival.
- Any changes or cancellations made on your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your advance deposit and disallow rebooking.
- Reduction of the number of rooms reserved shall forfeit the full amount of your advance deposit made for the reduced rooms.
- Booking extensions are subject to availability.
- Rebooking will apply within 12 months from the original date of departure. Room rates are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel dates, except for cases of force majeure.
- Accommodation in an air-conditioned room.
- Complimentary pick-up and transfer from Santa Fe port to resort.
- In-room coffee upon request.
- Complimentary bottled water
- Complimentary toiletries, including dental kit.
- Use of resort facilities (swimming pool)
- All prevailing government taxes.
- Room rates are not inclusive of breakfast and other meals.
- Free parking is subject to availability.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
- Food bought outside, is NOT allowed to be brought and consumed inside the resort premises.
- Cooking is not allowed inside the room or at the veranda.
- Visitors are allowed until 10 pm only.
- Motorcycles rented from third parties (not arranged with our front office) will be subject to parking charge of Php 50.00 within resort premises.
Standard Check In / Check Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; Check-outtime is noon.
*Early Check-in / Late Check-out may be requested at the resort Front Office (subject to current occupancy status), with applicable charges.
Extra Person:
A charge may apply.
Child Policy:
Maximum 2 children,10 years old and below sharing a bed with at least 2 adults will be extended complimentary stay.
Incidentals Deposit:
Incidentals Deposit of Php 1,000.00/cash per room to be collected by the Front Desk upon check-in at the resort, refundable upon check-out if not consumed.
