Villas Pura Vibra is a place full of nature, surrounded by large trees and animals just a few steps from the Potrero Bay, on the Gold Coast of Guanacaste. Within the 2500 square meters of the property, we have 3 comfortable studios for 2 people each and 3 villas for 4 people with 2 bedrooms each. All spaces are suitable to generate a quiet and comforting experience; a private bathroom with hot water; a private kitchen equipped to meet the basic needs of guests and a terrace area.
We also have a private and secure parking, a pool area, "ranchitos", a bar, spaces for picnic, a garden and green areas.
We offer a typical or continental breakfast at an extra cost.
We provide spaces to "work from home" and a high capacity internet connection.
We can work packages for groups from 10 to 17 people, as well as private events.
We are located in a quiet area but super close to all activities in the area, you can find walking variety of supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and of course the beach just 500 meters from the villas.
20 km around you can find more than 15 beaches such as Flamingo beach, Brasilito beach, Conchal beach, Mina beach, Grande beach or Tamarindo beach.

IMPORTANT!
Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 50% of the total rental amount. This can be paid by Bank Transfer or via PayPal. If you want to pay with your card, you can ask us for a payment link but this will have a cost of 10% added to your booking price per bank commission issue. We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note that your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from puravibravillas@gmail.com. We have the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email right after you cancel your booking.
¡Group trips are fun! When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules: 4 people maximum for the Villas and 2 people maximum for the studios and bungalows.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time: from 3pm to 8pm.
The total balance of the rental of the villa or studio is paid upon arrival, at check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment for your accommodation has been received and approved.
Are you really? A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
All requests to book a room must include the first and last names of all adults who will occupy the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival.
You will be provided with a key to the studio or villa upon arrival and after the full rent is settled.
During the check-in process, we will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay, such as location of nearby shops, good places to eat, places you would like to see, places to visit night, etc. Remember that you can ask us anything that can facilitate and make your stay even more pleasant.
A check-in after 8pm has an additional cost of $20USD, take it into account!
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
You can check-out (departure) at any time until 11:00 am local time. You can request extended departure times, although we may not always be able to accommodate last minute changes as we depend on availability and how busy the hotel is.
At check-out, leave the keys in the door of the room.
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually carried out after check-out time and we reserve the right to charge for damages found before the room/apartment is reoccupied.
Please note that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain on the property. You will be charged $20 / towel, sheet or pillow stained, damaged or lost.
RULES AND DAMAGES
Breathe without problems. Villas Pura Vibra is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional methods and all electronic systems. Smoking in rooms or the presence of strong and persistent odors in the room will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Please note that we comply with local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the Ministry of Health on smoking in public places.
We want you to have a good time when you’re here. But if things get too crazy, we stick to the old rule of «if you break it, you buy it» and property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.
Pre-existing damage or room problems should be reported to the reception immediately after arrival to avoid liabilities and possible charges.
You can sing your heart out and have passionate conversations all day, but from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the entire property goes silent.
Unfortunately no party is allowed.
An additional guest fee will be charged per night. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people spend the night in the apartment.
Please practice safe cooking habits; do not leave the fire unattended. Do not cook with strong-smelling ingredients. Lingering odors that require room closings and deep cleanings will incur a cleaning charge of up to $100.
Villas Pura Vibra is not responsible for personal items lost or forgotten on the premises.
PETS
Are pets allowed? Of course! A maximum of one pet per room is permitted at no extra charge. Just make sure you pick up your furry friends' needs and that they stay on a leash when they are out of the room. Hopefully they are sociable with other possible animals and people as we have 3 dogs and 1 pot-belly pig onsite. Pets may not be left unattended in the rooms at any time. If your furry friend has a bathroom accident in the room, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to you. In the event that your pet causes damage to property, a fee proportional to the market value will be charged to you as well.
