Los hermanos canadienses que poseen y operan el albergue se enamoraron de la ubicación, la gente y la cultura de esta zona de Colombia hace casi diez años. CANCELLATION POLICIES- The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the first night if he/she cancels during the 2 days before the arrival date. If the guest is already staying at the hostel, for cancellations without charge, it must be done at least 12 hours before the day of departure.TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION, YOU MUST MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE FIRST NIGHT OF THE RESERVATION, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED DIRECTLY, IN CASE OF NOT HAVING FUNDS ON THE CREDIT CARD, THE AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE MADE.
TERMS OF YOUR STAY AT COSTEÑO BEACH HOSTEL
- Pets and children under 18 are not allowed in the hostel.
- Drugs are prohibited in the hostel.
- The entry of food and alcoholic beverages is prohibited, it may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. We do not have a kitchen for guests.
- Speakers and loudspeakers are not allowed in the rooms and in the common areas inside the hostel.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the kiosks, restaurant, reception, rooms, dormitories, bathrooms, and swimming pool.
- In case of loss of the silicone bracelet, it will have a cost of $30.000 COP that will be charged to the account.
- Reception is open from 7:30 am to 10 pm.
- Breakfast 7:30 am- 11:00 am. Lunch 12:30 pm-3:00 pm. Grill 3:30 pm- 10:00 pm. Poke 2:00 pm- 8:30 pm. Bar 07:30 am- 12:30 am.
- It is forbidden to bring glass objects and/or glasses into the pool. The entry of this and broken bottle into the pool, has a fine of up to $ 2,000,000 COP. Pool hours 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
- You must bring a padlock or purchase it at the front desk to use in your assigned locker, objects left outside the locker or safety box of the room, we are not responsible for their loss.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Group reservations in 8-bed and 24-bed dorms do NOT ensure that all guests stay together in the same room.
