SWIMMING POOL USE IS NOW BASED ON A SCHEDULE ASSIGNED TO EACH ACCOMMODATION TO ENSURE PROPER PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND PRIVACY FOR EVERYONE. We adhere to the Department of Tourism's cleaning and safety protocols. We allow for a one night vacancy for each house in between bookings and we strictly observe the maximum capacity of each house.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT and EXTENSION OF STAY:
1. We require the presentation of a valid Government-issued ID upon check-in.
2. Check-in and Check-out times indicated above shall apply to the Houses and Bungalow units.
KUBO ROOMS Check - in: 12:00nn - 8:00PM
Check out: 12:00noon (NOT FLEXIBLE)
CAMPING SLOTS Check-in: 7:00AM - 5:00PM (24-hour stay)
3. Hourly Rate for extension of stay is P1,000. Kubo Room extension is considered a full night rate.
HOUSE RULES:
- NO PETS allowed INSIDE the house.
- We require a P1,000 cleaning fee deposit upon check-in. This is refundable upon clearance from Housekeeping staff on check out day.
- NO PARTIES / NO EVENTS except in our venues for rent.
- Early check in and late check out are subject to the availability of the house / room and must be requested or arranged upon the confirmation of booking. We discourage check-in after 8:00PM.
- We do not allow party-like drinking spree gatherings. Drinking in moderation is acceptable. Guests who will leave the house with vomit, urine and stains on beddings or elsewhere in the house WILL BE CHARGED THE P1,000 CLEANING FEE DEPOSIT.
- QUIET TIME between 10:00pm to 5:00am is STRICTLY OBSERVED. We are a place of relaxation, as are our neighbors' places and others' in Tagaytay City.
- We greatly appreciate it if our guests will be careful with the objects inside and around the house. Accidents are always possible but damages need to be paid for. We have taken much attention to the interior of the houses. Please respect the decor of the rooms. We do not allow furniture and fixtures to be moved from one room to another.
- Please keep the house clean. Treat it as you would your own home. Please clean up after cooking and dining. We provide dishwashing liquid and sponges for cleaning up. Do not leave uncovered leftover food on counters and tables so as not to attract pests like ants and flies.
- Kitchen utensils and cookware are provided for the guests' use. They are, however, the property of the host and are not meant to be brought home.
- We earnestly ask that lights and air-conditioning be turned off when not in use or when guests leave the house. This will help control our operating costs and maintain our fair booking rates.
- Strictly NO PICKING OF PLANTS/FLOWERS. If available, we have plants available for sale from our nursery.

Swimming pool use is also subject to some conditions and guidelines. These are strictly observed, otherwise we may disallow the guests access to this amenity. Swimming pool hours are from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
- The resort is not liable for losses, damages and injuries to persons, for the duration of the guests' stay, that are due to the negligence of the guests. CCTV cameras are in place for the protection of everyone inside the property.
- The main gate is LOCKED at 10:00pm. Due to recent developments in our area, we would like to avoid an apparent security risk. Please make sure that you have bought everything you need before that time.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
1. All guests are required to accomplish a Health Declaration Form.
2. We will be checking the temperature of guests upon check in.
3. Guests are required to wear masks upon check in and when interacting with our caretakers. No showing of guests around the house. We will maintain a contactless means of communication.
4. We will strictly observe the swimming pool use schedule per accommodation or group.
5. Please keep a safe distance from other guests while inside the property.
6. We encourage frequent handwashing and disinfecting with alcohol.
7. We ensure that our caretakers are well and follow the minimum health protocols.
GUEST BEHAVIOR:
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with the House Rules. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or to remove a guest and members of his party from the resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund the guest for lost accommodation and/or services. Guests shall exercise diligence in the protection of their persons and effects against injury, theft, loss and other contingencies.
