Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 41 days onwards prior to your check-in date is allowed for FREE CANCELLATION or full refund less any transaction or processing fees that may occur.
- Cancellations made within 15-40 days prior to check-in dates are entitled to a 50% refund less any transaction or processing fees that may occur.
- Cancellations made within 14 days prior to check-in dates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Hotel Terms & Conditions ·
- Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and standard check out time will be at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and/or late check-out will subject to Room Availability and upon Management approval. ·
- Restaurant Operating hours is 7:30 AM to 10:00PM. Breakfast starts from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. All special requests must be coordinated to the Manager and the rest of the team. ·
- Booking Confirmation/Reservation and respective identification card of the occupants must be presented upon check-in. Honored channels of bookings will be Direct Booking, Cloudbeds and Booking.com only. All other non-accredited booking channels will not be accepted. ·
- A security deposit of PHP 1,000 (one thousand pesos only) will be required upon check-in. This may be used to pay for incidentals incurred during the stay but if none it will be returned to the guests upon check-out. Room keys shall be surrendered upon check-out. In case of Lost key or Broken Key, it will be charged to your PHP 1,000 (one thousand pesos) deposit.
- Any damages inside the room and/or items inside the room shall be charged accordingly. ·
- All incidental charges or room charges should be settled before or upon check-out. ·
- For payment methods, the Hotel only accepts Cash, PayMaya or Bank Transfer only. ·
- All villas are “Non-smoking” rooms. However, open areas of the Hotel such as restaurant and pool area are advisable for smoking. ·
- Bringing of outside food is strictly prohibited. In case it is unavoidable a corkage fee per item will be charged accordingly. ·
- The Hotel also has its special events, most probably this will involve music but rest assured that maximum time would be 12 midnight. During these times, the restaurant will be open till 10:00 PM for food and last call 11:30 PM for drinks.
