The cancellation is free of charge 48 hours prior to check-in time day ofarrival to avoid 1 Night charge plus tax. The same policy applies to anyremaining stays if the cancellation is made during the stay.
Non-Refundable bookings:
For the non-refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible.
Other Refunds:
Any issues not reported DURING the stay will need an extensiveinvestigation before the hotel can attempt to process a refund.We understand that sometimes thingsto happen during your stay at our hotel. We are more than happy toresolve the issue the best we can. However, here are steps:
- Tell the hotel about your problem immediately and not after you complete your stay/check out.
- Give the hotel a chance to fix the issue.
Terms and Conditions
All guests must provide a valid IDand credit card upon Check-In. Early Check-In or Late-Check Out is subject toroom availability and must be confirmed with the front office staff. A $10.00/hour fee will charged. Rooms not checked in by 8:00pm willbe considered as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
- The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, to themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s), pet(s) for whom they are responsible.
- The guest acknowledges the Pool does NOT have lifeguard on duty and the hotel is not liable for any loss or damage at pool facilities.
- Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.
- The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
- Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.
- LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS: you will be charged for the entire replacement of locks and/or the cost of rekeying the locks.
- Please do not smoke in your room as a deep cleaning surcharge of USD $200 per day will apply if you do so.
- The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate.
- The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment on file and a statement will be emailed to registered guest(s).
