Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be requested at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date at Casa Blú Huatulco. Please provide your confirmation code(s) when making this request. For same-day reservations, no changes or cancellations will be accepted, and a "No Show" and "Non-refundable" charge will be applied, equivalent to the night's stay plus taxes, billed to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
2. Regardless of the number of nights reserved, if changes or cancellations are not made within the specified time frame or if the guest does not show up on the check-in date, a "No Show" charge will be incurred, "Non-refundable".
3. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in the guest's name. If the reservation is not guaranteed, Casa Blú is not obligated to honor it.
4. For payments made with a credit or debit card, the cardholder must present their banking card and an official photo ID.
Guarantees: Only a credit card will be requested as a guarantee. In the case of offers, discounts, or coupons, the hotel may specify it as a "Non-refundable" transaction, in which case cancellation policies will not apply. The maximum capacity of guests depends on the type of room reserved.
Terms and Conditions
Casa Blú General Policies:
1. Every person entering the hotel as a guest is obligated to register at the reception for each room.
2. Any room's primary occupant or person in charge must provide an open voucher or deposit upon arrival at the reception. They are responsible for covering the cost of any damage or additional charges incurred during their stay.
3. Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 PM.
4. Check-out time at the hotel is 11:00 AM. If you check out later than agreed, an additional fee of $500.00MXN per hour will be charged unless you notify the reception and receive authorization to extend your stay without cost.
5. No refunds are issued once the payment method is confirmed.
6. The hotel does not allow additional visitors in the rooms occupied by its guests. The hotel reserves the right to request the immediate departure of unauthorized individuals listed on the registration card.
7. In the case of disturbances or actions that endanger the safety of other guests, either inside the rooms or in common areas owned by the hotel, guests will be asked to vacate the rooms immediately and cover the total room cost.
8. Damages to the facilities due to misuse by guests, such as lost or damaged room keys, television remote controls, or items inside the rooms like towels, sheets, decorations, etc., will be charged to the guest's account.
9. The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to your belongings within the room or hotel facilities.
10. The hotel is not responsible for the cost of any accidents or incidents within its premises.
11. Smoking is prohibited inside Casa Blú.
12. Common areas and pool hours: Use of common areas and the pool is limited to 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests.
Under this contract, I ACCEPT the policies and regulations of the establishment in which I am staying, making us responsible for our actions.
Reservation Policies:
1. The rates displayed on the website are valid only at the time of quotation and may change without prior notice according to conditions.
2. Reservations are subject to availability and rate fluctuations until confirmed. A reservation is considered confirmed once full payment has been made. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation voucher.
3. When making a reservation, you authorize, in written and/or verbal form, the use of your credit card number or the chosen payment method and expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer of liability, and cancellation policies.
4. To avoid any issues, you should print the corresponding voucher and present it when requesting your paid service (as a reservation receipt). Some providers may require this voucher to be exchanged for an access ticket in advance. The voucher will serve solely as proof of purchase. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, it is necessary to contact the provider as soon as possible, having your reservation number on hand. Any reservation change is subject to availability, re-quotation of rates, and, in certain cases, a service fee for changes at least 30 days before your arrival.
