ReservationPolicy
All reservations require a credit card tobe kept on file. No deposit is requiredat the time of booking. Credit Card willbe charged at 4 p.m. 2 days prior to arrival date and will be chargedfor full stay and all taxes. If yourpayment fails, your room is no longer held for you and may no longer beavailable. All reservations have a freecancellation policy 2 days prior to your arrival date.
Check-in/Check-Out Policies
You may check-in anytime after 4 p.m. onyour arrival date. A code and your roomnumber will be given to you at 4 p.m. to allow for convenient self check-in. Check out any time before 11 a.m. on yourdeparture date. Early check-in and late check-out may beavailable upon request but are not guaranteed and must be approved by thehotel manager.
CancellationPolicy
Life happens. We get that. Reservationsare fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations received after 4 p.m. 2 days prior to check-inwill not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full.
Room Policy
Wewant you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy,we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damagesor missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.Pre-existing damages orroom issues must be reported immediately after registration to avoidresponsibility and potential charges.Singyour heart out and have great conversations all day long, but from 11:00 p.m.to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to callquiet time (or sleep time). What itcomes down to, is we please ask you to respect the property as well as theother guests while staying with us.
Smoking Policy
Breatheeasy. Highway 2 Inn is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditionalsmoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes,vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes ore-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of theproduct’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents inrooms will result in a disappointed look and a $150 room cleaning fee. Thisalso applies to the balcony area as well as directly outside your doorway. Youwill find designated smoking areas on the property for your convenience.
Pet Policy
Highway 2Inn is what we consider pet friendly, but what we really mean is well-traineddog friendly. You will be charged $15 perpet per night fee with a max of 2 pets per room. If you do not inform us of your animal youwill be charged a $50 per night per animal fee. This old-school rule of if you breakit you buy it also applies here. If thereis an excessive shedding mess or “accident” found you will be charged a $100cleaning fee. If your pet causes any damageyou will charged market value for damaged items. Guest Safety Policy
As part of ourcommitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, roomnumber or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement.This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding ofphone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presenceand room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.Safety cameras areused throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. Thehotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred.
Firearms Policy
Any guest or visitorwho is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsiblefor abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect tofirearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Highway 2 Inn whoare lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotelpremises, provided that the presence of the firearm on hotel premises: is forstorage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; thefirearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container,provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and whilestored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in alocked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting thefirearm to or from a guest room.Guests who fail to abide by thispolicy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The hotelpremises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) allfirearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreledgun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license orpermit to carry a firearm.The only exceptionto the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for lawenforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty andrequired to carry firearms in the performance of their duties
Parking Policy
Vacations should bestress-free and for that reason, you get to park very close to your room. Byparking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on yourown accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability fordamage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.But guess what?We’ve got state-of-the-art surveillance cameras watching over the parking lotso, should anything seem amiss, let us know, and we’ll check out the footage.And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a while, not aproblem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.
