If you are on vacation and just want all the conveniences of home while enjoying a resort lifestyle, the Gables has it all. There’s a large heated saltwater pool, tennis and basketball courts and fitness centre at the Pool House. For seafood lovers that want to eat like a local, jaunt down to the nearby wharf for a freshly caught lobster. The Upper Deck Lounge is great for lobster boils with family and friends, especially when it begins to fall dark and a spectacular show of stars pepper the clear inky sky – like nothing you have seen before.
During the summer and for six nights a week, there are cheerful ceilidhs that take place at the front entrance of the resort. Ceilidhs are a great way to celebrate the rich culture of the Island, as well as reel in new friends, but it’s best to arrive early for these shows that sell out nightly! Doors open at 7 p.m. and the live music kicks-off at 7:30 p.m.
Retire after a rollicking evening of traditional music and dance, back to your.peaceful retreat or into a luxury two bedroom, two-bathroom villa. The villas feature vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning, electric fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens with granite counters, dishwashers and outdoor entertaining areas with barbecues.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 14 days notice for reservations 2-4 nights
- 30 days notice with reservations five nights or greater.
A $20 processing fee will apply to all cancellations.
Should you cancel with less than the required time period in the cancellation policy your deposit of 25% is non-refundable.

Our Check-in is located at 10 Schoolhouse Lane in The Schoolhouse Cafe. Once you drive into The Gables you can't miss us at the front entrance!
Check in begins at 4pm until 8pm local time. If you’re planning to arrive later than 8pm, please notify us and we will make arrangements. Check out is at 10am. Please respect this policy to allow our team to prepare for arriving guests.
Please note that any two twin beds provided in a villa may be converted into a king for a fee of $20. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service.
The Gables of PEI offers fully self-sufficient accommodations. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. If you require extra towels please contact Guest Services and they will be happy to help!
A 25% deposit will be collected upon reservation on ALL advance bookings. The remaining 75% will be collected upon arrival.
Our heated salt water pool operates June 15-September 15 (weather permitting). There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.
Lost and found items will be held for 30 days. If unclaimed, items will be discarded.
Units are non smoking. a $400 fee will apply for non compliance.
**PLEASE BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR. NON-REGISTERED VISITORS MUST BE OFF THE PROPERTY BY 11PM. EXCESSIVE NOISE WILL RESULT IN AN EARLY DEPARTURE AND POLICE MAY BE CALLED. ANY CHARGES FOR SECURITY CALLS AND ANY REFUNDS THAT MUST BE PROVIDED TO OTHER GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
