ARRIVAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN
We have fixed reception hours each morning 0900h-1300h and evening 2000h - 2200h.
Once you contact us in advance and provide an accurate arrival time we shall be waiting for you at your arrival time.
LATE CHECK-IN
For late arrivals, we charge a late-check in fee after 2230h

Prices and Taxes
Prices unless otherwise stated include 10% VAT/ IVA
Tourist Tax applies for all guests over 16 years of age, it is charged per person per night (Max 7 nights)
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
When reserving your stay, you will be charged 1 night. the remainder of the stay - including the Tourist Tax - is due at Check-in. We accept Cash and CC Payments
Traveling with Minors
You will be responsable for your child's behaviour and safety while on the premises.
Please let us know in advance if you need any special assistance, travel cot, fold-out bed.
We cannot guarantee you these services if you do not arrange it in advance of your arrival.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Unfortunately we do not have an elevator in the building so cannot cater for guests who need wheelchair/zimmerframe access.
Our sherpa-like staff are happy to help carry up/down luggage at check-in/out
