The motel offers 23 uniquely designed rooms, layered with classic motifs of the 70's. From wood paneling and floral wallpaper to Disco balls powered by our custom "Party Switch", each room offers an immersive experience. Come into the Dive Bar for a frozen drink or an ice cold beer - open Monday-Thursday + Sunday 5PM-10PM | Friday - Saturday 10AM-12AM. Please note, The Dive Motel is a 21+ property. We are a 21+ property - NO EXCEPTIONS. Valid ID is required for entry and check in.
**Booking online does not guarantee you a specific room - room requests can be made with the front desk and accommodated upon availability. Every room is unique and may look different from photos online**
NO PHOTOSHOOTS - All shoots & filming are subject to advance approval by the ownership and MUST BE CONTRACTED for approval. No closed door filming allowed. If you are caught filming on the premises without prior approval, all material will be forfeited and guests may be asked to leave property without refund.
NO PARTIES - Property quiet hours begin at 11PM on weeknights and 12AM on weekends. You may have no more than (6) visitors in your room until that time. You will be given one warning and then you will be asked to leave! Please be mindful of your noise levels and respectful to your neighbors - it’s their vacation too!
PETS - Dogs are allowed in some rooms. Please ask before bringing your dog to make sure we can properly accommodate you. We allow up to two dogs per guest room. We require a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay and you must sign our Pet Policy waiver. Guests may be asked to leave property without refund if they fail to comply with pet policies.
SMOKING & DAMAGES - We are a non-smoking property and only allow smoking in designated areas. Guests who violate this policy are subject to a minimum $250.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. The Dive is not responsible for any lost or left items in rooms, the bar, or pool area.
POOL - Pool is open to motel guests from 9AM-Sundown - no night swimming (sorry)
NO outside food or beverages may be consumed in public spaces (Bar or Pool Deck)
NO reusable containers or water bottles may be used in public spaces (Bar or Pool Deck)
NO glass in pool area
Additional booking policies may apply to group reservations of (5) or more rooms.
WE ARE A MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL. If you’re looking for a Marriott, it’s down the street!
ALL illicit activities are strictly prohibited; no drugs, no violence, no harassment. DON’T BE AN ASSHOLE. If guests are in violation of any of the above policies, guests will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
