- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of making the booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the check-in date
- If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they must pay 50% for all nights booked
- If the guest cancels after that, they must pay 100% for all nights booked
Terms and Conditions
Long before the arrival of Kirana Retreat, this organic ecosystem already had its own inhabitants: insects, ants, mosquitos, spiders, geckos, etc. We aim for the highest cleaning and pest control standards and do our best to keep them out of the rooms. However, some creatures will inevitably find a way in. Despite having fast internet and reliable power onsite, from time to time, guests can expect temporary outages.We make sure to have contingency plans in place and are always prepared with backup generators.
The Resort reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date. Moreover, registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their Resort room or any internal/external areas of Resort. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors. We expect our valued guests to take the utmost care of their personal possessions and advise them to always ensure that their Resort room door is properly secure at all times.Last but not least, the guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills. Please be aware that any failure to do so may lead to legal action being taken against them.
