Property and Cancelation Policies :

Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be requested via email to: reservascasavertiz@gmail.com with a minimum notice of 14 days before the date of arrival at the Hotel, providing the confirmation code. Payment must be made in national currency (MXN). All charges are subject to the hotel's exchange rate for each night's stay. Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking may affect the total price of the room.
The rate of this reservation is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated in the confirmation. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a change in the rate.
The room is available to be used after 3:00 p.m. The deadline to deliver the room on the day of your departure is at 12:00 hrs. If you wish to have access to your room earlier or deliver it after departure time, we suggest you contact the reservations department to indicate the additional cost for these services.
In the event of a change in the date of your reservation (as long as it is done on time), the rate may be modified according to its availability at the time of making the change.
In reservations of more than one night at any type of rate, if the client does not show up, the hotel reserves the right to make the corresponding no-show charge and to cancel the rest of the reserved nights.
In case of early departure to the confirmed dates, the hotel must charge the unused nights depending on the season in which you are staying. Please ask at reception what the corresponding charge would be.
The hotel does not have its own parking, however we recommend a couple of options with extra cost:

Sunday from 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
with a pension cost per day (24 hrs) for $180-$200.00

Up to a maximum of 2 children under 6 years of age can use their parents' room at no cost per accommodation. Cots and extra beds have an additional cost which must be asked at the hotel at the time of registration and these are subject to availability.
Please note that at the time of registration it may be necessary to present official identification. In the case of company agreement rates, it will be necessary to present identification as an employee of the company under which the reservation was made.
The reservation will only be honored as indicated and confirmed in the system. The hotel may reject another written or printed confirmation that may have been altered.
In case of extending the stay, the confirmed rate may not be available, therefore the rate that will be confirmed for the extended nights will be the best available rate for that day.
Late cancellation charges will be made directly to the credit card provided at the time of making your reservation.
In case of any change in lodging tax or value added tax, the difference will be refunded or added to the total cost of your reservation.
Reservations in high seasons are not refundable, (you can ask for the dates of the seasons). The cancellation of the same are 30 days in advance.
