Price and Taxes
Casa Bo is required to collect a city tax (4%) issued by the state of Baja California Sur. Additionally, Casa Bo collects a VAT tax (16%) which is paid to the Federal Government. Hotels and rental properties within Mexico are required to obtain both taxes which are non-negotiable as they are issued by the Government of Mexico. 

Service Fee
A nightly service fee of MXN$149.97 will be applied to each reservation at Casa Bo. This fee is intended to support the quality of services and amenities provided during your stay. 

Traveling with minors
One child under 5 years old stays free of charge. However, we do not provide cribs, so please plan accordingly.

Reception Space
The reception is open from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm every day.

Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Vacations should be stress free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of your room (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal proper. 

Photo / video shoot policy
Commercial photography or video shoot is not permitted at Casa Bo without express written consent from hotel management. Our first priority is the experience of our guests so we have a strict policy against the use of any of our facilities and grounds for un-authorized professional or commercial photography or videography including pre-nuptial, engagement, and weddings that are not reserved through our sales department (events@casa-bo.com). All photography/videography requests will be reviewed and approved based on occupancy, availability, and content. Casa Bo is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the products name. Any smoking in  the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a MXN$2,000 room cleaning fee. 

Extending your stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer,   please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar room should this be necessary. 

Please respect each other, well deserved sleep and try to be quiet should you come in at a late hour. Noise on stairways and in corridors will not be accepted. Please respect our neighbors. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises for security and privacy reasons.

Casa Bo is not wheelchair accessible at this time. 

Common Areas
Pool hours: 6am - 9pm 
The guests are not allowed to carry drinks inside the pool. 
Rooftop hours: 6am - 10pm
All our common areas are exclusively for Casa Bo guests. In case of any visits, guests have to inform the hotel in advance.

Guest Safety
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or  presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The  hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the pool or rooftop, where available. If you use the pool/rooftop facilities, you do so at your own risk.

Pet- friendly policy
We charge a pet fee of MXN$600.00 per reservation for guests bringing their pets to the hotel. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the total  cost of your stay. We welcome pets of various sizes and breeds, but we reserve the right to limit the number of pets per room to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Please be considerate of other guests by ensuring that your pet does not disturb or inconvenience them during their stay.

Daily Cleaning Service
As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for our guests, the hotel provides daily cleaning services. Our housekeeping team will attend to your room on a daily basis to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

During your stay, the rooms and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to Casa Bo staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the room.The guest is financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by the guest or a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the room check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the room and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the room. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email. Please note, immediate notification after check -out of any damages to breakages in or issues with the room is expected. 

Casa Bo can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are working and provided as expected. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, in cash or  by credit card, along with a balance and is fully refunded at the check-out if the apartment is in good order and the company does not have any claims. The costs of damages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage of the room will be deducted from the deposit, and the refunded amount will be the remainder of the damage deposit.
