Property and Cancelation Policies :
Flexible - 3 days
- If you cancel your reservation 3 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded the total amount minus a 5% administrative fee. If you cancel within the 3 days prior to your arrival, the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged.
Non-refundable
- The customer will be required to pay the total price of the reservation if canceled at any time. In the event of cancellation, the penalty is 100%.
Important: After making the reservation, if you chose a payment method other than Paypal, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to finalize the process and ensure your reservation.
For promotional or discounted rates, whether for direct customers, agencies, or promoters, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or No Show.
In the event of a No Show, the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged.
No refunds are provided for weather-related issues, force majeure without justification, and early departures.
During the Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, and Easter seasons, the cancellation policies are different:
1. Cancellations 15 days or more before arrival: 25% penalty of the total reservation amount.
2. Cancellations within 15 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the total reservation amount.
In cases of refund according to the cancellation policies, the reimbursement will be processed within 15 to 20 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Terms and Conditions
- This is not a wheelchair-accessible hotel as it has more than 80 steps to descend to common areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless they serve as emotional support, and the guest provides a certificate endorsed by a medical professional.
- The entry of outside food and beverages is not permitted.
