Group Room Block reservations have a cancellation policy that may differ from regular reservations. Please check with your Group Coordinator for details regarding cancellation policy.
All guests need to check in by 11:59pm on the day of expected arrival or you will be considered a no show. If you know you will be arriving after midnight, you must call us to hold your room and tell us when to expect you.

PAYMENTS - We accept major Credit Cards only for guest room reservations. All reservations require a credit card and matching valid ID at check in for payment and to cover incidentals. Please note, if you are traveling in a group or with an organization, a personal credit card is required for incidentals at the time of check in unless the group or organization has arranged in writing with us to cover all incidentals prior to your stay. If you are tax exempt, please provide tax exempt certificate at the time of reservation or no later than check-in. Once you are checked in and payment and taxes have been processed, we are unable to refund any taxes paid. All rates on our website or booked direct are net, non-commissionable. We do not participate with travel agencies. If a travel agency reserves a room on behalf of a guest, no commission will be due. Please provide only guest's personal contact information, not travel agency contact information.
DOG POLICY - We are proud to offer select DOG FRIENDLY rooms. Other pets or animals are not allowed. When booking, call us directly and indicate if you are bringing a dog as these rooms are first come, first serve. A $25/night fee will be added to your room for each dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed in a dog friendly designated room.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED (of any substance.) All guest rooms & public areas of the hotel (courtyard, hallways, meeting rooms, balconies and patios, etc.) are smoke free spaces. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas at least 25 feet from any doorway, window or air intake.
ACCESSIBILITY – Due to the vintage of our structures, we do not have an elevator in the hotel. Many rooms are located on the second floor. Wheelchair / Handicap accessible rooms are available by request for Single King, Double Queen and Single Queen room types and these are first come, first serve. Accessible rooms are located on the ground floor. Please reserve these rooms by calling the front desk directly should you have any mobility needs. Online booking is not recommended.
HOUSEKEEPING - We do not service guest rooms daily. Guest rooms will be refreshed and serviced by our Housekeeping Staff every 5 days during your stay or weekly for long-term stays. Please ensure your "Do Not Disturb" sign is removed by 1pm otherwise we will be unable to enter. Unfortunately, we are unable to service guest rooms for stays less than 5 days at this time. Please inform the front desk if you require any towels, amenities or trash pick up.
QUIET NIGHTS POLICY - For the comfort and convenience of all of our guests, we have a ZERO tolerance policy for noise between the hours of 10pm - 7am. Please do not congregate in any public areas of the hotel after 10pm. Noise complaints may result in eviction without refund. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests will be charged to your account at management's discretion. We all need our beauty sleep!
ROOM ADDITIONS - A rollaway bed may be accommodated in certain rooms at a $25/night additional charge. Supply is very limited, please ensure your request is made when you reserve your room as they are first come, first serve. Requests after 3pm on day of arrival are not able to be accommodated.
FOOD PREPARATION - Use of any appliance or cookware other than the microwave and coffee maker provided in your guest room is not allow. Please do not bring/use any grills, hot plates, air fryers, toaster ovens, etc. Use of such is hazardous to the property and disturbs other guests. Use may result in eviction without refund.
POOL & SPA / AMENITIES - Our pool and spa are typically open from 9am - 10pm but may be closed at any time for maintenance. Use of amenities outside of posted hours, or when closed for maintenance, may result in immediate eviction with no refund. Only registered guests may use any amenity of the hotel. We do not charge an amenity use fee.
Amenity availability is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be granted if any amenity is not available at any point during your stay. We will do our best to alert guests prior to check-in but please call with any inquiries.
