WARRANTY, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
All cancellations must be received before 6:00 p.m. (Local Time in Mexico City), at least two days before the scheduled arrival date, otherwise the amount of the cancellation will be charged to the credit card used as guarantee. first night including current applicable taxes.
For Non-Refundable policy, the total charge of the stay will be applied, without condition to cancel.
Any significant change requested within the cancellation period will be subject to the approval of the Residence. Local Legislation requires the Residence to charge the guest in National Currency (MXN), even if the rates are quoted and confirmed in US dollars ( USD). Deposits will be charged in said currency and the invoice will be delivered at the time of departure, according to the exchange rate of that day. NO SMOKING POLICY All our rooms are non-smoking. If tobacco smoke is detected inside your room, a $500 USD penalty will be applied to your bill.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
There is a charge of 1 full night for all types of rooms for early check-in (Early Check In) equal to the published public rate for that day (rack rate). The concept will be charged as Early Check in from 06:00 am. until 3:00 p.m. There is a half-rent fee (50%) for all types of rooms for late check-out from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The charge is based on the public rate (Rack Rate).
There is a charge of one (1) full night for departures after 06:00 pm. The fee applies to all reservations.
