Terms and Conditions
All rates include the complete cleaning of the Suite every 2 days of stay. A complete change of the house linen is included every 4 days. Both daily and twice daily cleaning are available for a small extra fee.
The Resident recognises full responsibility for all services rendered up to the complete settlement of the invoices.
The Resident will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Pinball Luxury Suites by himself/herself, friends or any person attributable to the Resident for which he/she is responsible.
The Management of The Pinball Luxury Suites cannot be held responsible for personal and valuable assets such as money, jewellery or other values belonging to the Resident and forgotten in the Suites. Safes in the Suites are available, subject to certain terms and conditions. The Management reserves the right to give to charity any objects and / or goods left and unclaimed within six months from the date of departure.
Regardless of payment instructions, the Resident acknowledges his/her personal responsibility for paying all expenses incurred by him/her during the stay.
The Pinball Luxury Suites applies a "no in-suite party" policy to guarantee the protection of the Residents and the property at all times. In case of trouble, we will proceed with a warning to ask to reduce the noise. If this request is not respected, the Resident will lose the amounts paid and must immediately leave the property.
It is forbidden to smoke in all closed public areas of the property (including The Pinball Museum) and within all Suites. A fine of the value of one night's stay will be applied for non-compliance with the law.
Residents are allowed to cook in the kitchen of the Suite, but to fry and to use spices with a strong and persistent smell are not allowed.
The Management reserves the right to check the status of the Suites within 48 hours after check-out.
