RULES AND REGULATIONS OF TREETOP CONDOMINIUMS This property may have a minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. Check in is 4:00pm - Check Out is 10:00am. Maximum Occupancy is no more than 4 persons in any Studio or Large Studio Condominium, all other units maximum occupancy is 6. The exception is Unit 129, 132, and 134 which sleep 8. This is the maxiumum number of guests that may occupy the premisis. This is a violation of fire code and is strictly enforced. All guests over the age of 0 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. If Tenant becomes locked out of the Premises, Tenant will be charged $50.00 to regain entry. This is paid directly to the staff responding to the lockout. Payment required in cash!Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed "outside". Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee of $250.00 Tenant shall return all such items at the end of the lease term in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the lease term, normal wear and tear excepted.Due to the risk of allergies, NO pets of any kind are allowed in the units. Exceptions are for service dogs with verified service dog identification card. Violations will result in a $250.00 fine for cleaning and sanitizing the unit. NO laundry to be hung over the deck railingsEach unit has parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is available in the extra parking lot behind the condominiums or by the indoor pool. Please be respectful to other guests by only using your designated unit parking. Parking boats and trailers in the boat parking lot behind the condos only please. CHECK IN IS 4:00PM - CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. We are unable to accommodate late check outs. Sorry for any inconvenience. There are 3 outdoor pools, and 1 indoor pool, the Sauna is located in the indoor pool building. Docks are available first come first serve. Limited reserved docks are available for a $50.00 rental per stay.POOL RULES – a) No breakable containers may be used in swimming pool areas. b) There are no lifeguards on duty at the pools. Swim at your own risk.c) Pools are closed for cleaning from 6:00am – 9:00am daily.d) Please be respectful, NO loud behavior after 10pm in the pool area.e) Running is STRICTLY prohibited in the pool area.f) Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.g) Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area.Fire code prohibits the use of barbeque grills in the units or on the decks. Grills are provided for guests in the pool area. Please make sure the coals are completely extinguished and the area is cleaned after use.All trash should be bagged and placed in the dumpsters provided for that use throughout the complex. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.Please be respectful of fellow guests and maintain quiet time 11:00pm – 8:00am. No loud music, noises or disruptions will be permitted.Wi-Fi passwords are available on the router within your unit. After hours emergency personnel can be contacted by calling the office 573-365-2232 and selecting option 4. Water leaks, power outages, HVAC issues, non-working appliances, fire or natural disaster are examples of emergencies.
