The SnowMansion Adventure Lodge is pet friendly and is in the heart of Arroyo Seco, the jewel of Taos, one of the most beautiful villages in New Mexico, with galleries, restaurants, groceries and more just outside the door.
Our Lodge Building has 8 Studio Suites that are large enough for a big family or group where everybody can have their own bed - and cozy enough for one person with room to lounge. Our Pearl Annex Suites feature a beautiful garden setting and soaking tubs and covered porches in our Sunset and Sunrise Suites and the light and views and the covered balcony in our Balcony Suite.

SnowMansion may cancel reservation with full refund in the event of change of ownership.
Terms and Conditions
Your Room will be ready by 4 PM. Early Check-Ins can be arranged as early as 1 PM for $10 per hour before 4PM. Load in quietly if after 10 PM..
Yeti, your guest services assistant will text you our Registration Card on or before the day of arrival. Sign Registration card for Self-Check-In Codes.
Check-out:
Check out is 11 Am. Be sure to take all your belongings, leave a tip for your housekeeper and reply to this email or Text Yeti, when you have left the room. Load out quietly if in the wee hours. There will be no need to interact with our staff for check-out.
Guest Services:
Are available to assist you from 7 am to 10 pm by texting Yeti, our guest services assistant. Please only urgent management assistance calls, 575-776-8298 EXT 2 from 10PM to 7AM. Thank you.
Quiet hours:
Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM. Please load out and load in quietly if going out or coming in from 10 PM to 8 AM. N0 guest running, jumping, or stomping anytime. And make sure your TV is off and quiet conversation only after 10 PM.
Smoking Policy:
The SnowMansion is a non-smoking hotel in all rooms and inside common areas. Any guest who smokes in their room or inside common areas will be charged a cleaning fee of $500. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in the designated smoking areas of the property. Guests will not burn anything, including but not limited to cigarettes, nicotine, cannabis, candles or incense or introduce a flame of any kind, inside the room or building.
Additional Guests:
Additional Guests other than specified when making the reservation or added prior to arrival are considered unregistered guests.
Unregistered guests are subject to approval and a $100 per person per night additional fee.
Pre-register additional guests for an additional $25 per night by letting us know about additional guests prior to arrival.
No non-guest visitors of guests after 9:00 pm. Guest will be charged $250 for each non-guest visitor on property after 9 PM
Pet Policy:
We accept house-trained non-barking dogs in private rooms for an additional fee depending on the service. Sorry, we cannot accept cats.
Unregistered pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Dog Owner agrees to clean up after the dog, keep dogs on a leash, keep the dog within 10 feet of them at all times on grounds and in common areas.
Standard fee of $20 per non-barking dog per night applies.
In event of excessive soiling a $50 fee applies.
Guest will pay whatever the cost to repair damage caused by his or her dog.
Constantly Barking Dogs may not be left in the room unattended for more than 30 minutes without expressed permission of the SnowMansion and a $40 fee.
Dog walking services available for a $40 fee.
Out-Door Seating and Gas Grill:
There is Plenty of outdoor seating and a Gas Grill..
Cooking Facilities:
The Pearl Annex Suites: have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, a microwave, Tea Kettle, French press, coffee, dishes and silverware.
Lodge Suites: Have a fridge, a microwave, tea kettle, french press, coffee, dishes and silverware and ay use the common guest kitchen in the Big White Lodge Building (back door code 5412) from 7AM to 9PM.
Guests to follow posted kitchen rules, clean up after themselves and do their own dishes.
ICE:
Available in the main lodge until 9PM. Ice buckets and Zip Lock Bags are on top of the Ice dispensing fridge. Lodge Building back door code is 5412
Breakfast:
Our Breakfast Station is closed for the pandemic, though coffee, tea and instant oatmeal is provided. Sol Food, Wake and Take, Taos Cow and Abe's serve breakfast and lunch in the village.
Television:
Every room has a Roku TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu.
Please use as low a volume as you can and turn off TV from 10PM to 8 AM.
Please do not log out of our Roku, Netflix, Amazon prime and Hulu.
Housekeeping Services:
There will be no daily housekeeping services and staff will not enter the unit during a guest’s stay except for an emergency or to address an urgent maintenance issue.
Linens and towels and trash will only be changed if requested for a $5 fee.
Contact telephone/text numbers will be provided for such requests.
The SnowMansion is following the Enhanced Hotel Cleaning Guidelines of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Taxes:
All rates are subject to state and local taxes — All rates are subject to change without notice.
Company Cancellation due to Inclement Weather or Change of ownership:
Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the SnowMansion deems the conditions make the stay unsafe. You acknowledge that SnowMansion reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion. In the unusual case of a company cancellation due to inclement weather cancellation, guest will not be charged for the unused portion of your stay.
Rentals longer than 28 days:
Do not create a landlord tenant relationship. You remain a motel guest. Thus, you may be told to leave at any time for violating hotel policies at the sole discretion of the management.
Guest Notice:
This property is individually owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for any accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
Penalties and fines:
Guest will be responsible for charges due to damages to a rental unit or breakage of any items within the unit incurred during the stay dates. Employer is responsible for the cost of damages and breakages caused by their workforce while staying at or visiting the SnowMansion.
Any violations of law, criminal behavior and/or the disruption of peace and quiet as determined by management:
May result in immediate rental termination and removal from the property. Choice of law will be New Mexico.
I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent. I agree that this lodging transaction, policies, terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Mexico law and that if any of the provisions hereof are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of policies, terms and conditions as a whole.
By making a reservation, paying a deposit, checking into the SnowMansion, or signing this form, you attest to your willingness to abide by all of these policies, terms and conditions and any other reasonable requests designed for peaceful operation and the safety, comfort and good sleep for all guests. You are also affirming that you will assure that all members of your party will do the same.
By making a reservation or paying a deposit or checking into the SnowMansion, or signing this form, I, SnowMansion Guest, acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing Policies, Terms and Conditions fully and that I understand it and agree to them voluntarily of my own free will and agree no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written policies, have been made. I further assert and acknowledge that I am executing this Agreement after full, adequate, and complete consideration, fully intending to be bound by same.
