Early departure/cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Reservation cannot be modified: Rate quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Failing to call or no show on the day of arrival of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
All reservations with non refundable rates are final sale, there are no exceptions including COVID-19.

There is currently limited parking options at the Franklin, we do have ample parking located at our Edgar hotel right across the street which is complimentary for all guests.
The Franklin Hotel uses a mobile key to access guest rooms and public spaces. Please make sure your phone is charged at all times and your room key will be sent to you prior to check in. Once received, you may use your key on your guest room. You may contact our expert team at the hotel should you have any questions or require any assistance.
Pets Allowed. Pets allowed with USD 100 non-refundable fee per stay, 50lb maximum on pet allowed in room. Pets must be crated in guest room; pets are not to be left unattended. If a pet is left unattended and other guests are disturbed, an additional surcharge will be imposed. Please contact the hotel for details.
This hotel has a smoke-free policy. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building. Pre-arrival email notifications also include a reference to the policy. There is a significant room recovery non-refundable fee, starting at USD 250.00, for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
