**Cancellation Policy**
- **Free Cancellation **: Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in (by 1 PM, two days prior) for a full refund.
- **Within 48 Hours**: Cancel within 48 hours before check-in (after 1 PM, two days prior) and you will be charged for the first night.
- **After Check-In Time**: Cancel after check-in time (1 PM on the day of booking) and you will be charged the full booking amount.
- **No Show**: If you do not show up, the full reservation amount will be charged and any subsequent nights will be canceled. If you are delayed, please call us to amend your booking, subject to availability.

You will pay a fixed price in USD.
We ONLY accept payment by card for all accommodation and tour bookings (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Cash is NOT accepted at reception or for travel bookings.
A deposit is required for your room key and towels. The towel/key card deposit can ONLY be taken by CREDIT CARD. You will receive your deposit back once you return any key cards/towels (this can take up to 7 business days to be refunded back into your account).
