Reunion is also situated close to various other dining choices and local night life venues - not to mention only 1 mile from Downtown Nashville!
Please Note: All rooms are located adjacent and above to our courtyard area and bar, which serves as a vibrant hub for our bar guests and local community until 2 a.m on weeknights and 3 am on weekends. Please be aware that noise from the bar and the courtyard, particularly during peak hours, may be audible depending on the night and season. While we turn off in music in the courtyard at midnight, guests may still linger outside.

Reunion Hotel Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policies
Damage/Theft – We reserve the right to charge for any damage to and/or removal of items from the premises. Guests assume full financial responsibility for damages due to misuse or negligence. If during your stay you find other items requiring repair, we request that this information be reported to the manager, as soon as possible so that we can continue to maintain each room in excellent condition. Reunion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the hotel or parking lot.
Falsified Reservations – The total number of persons allowed in the room at any time is restricted to the stated limit. Absolutely no events or parties allowed. This includes weddings, wedding parties, and receptions. Any violators will be evicted without refund. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit and/or balance of reservation payment. Guest will not be permitted to check-in. Note: Units may not be sublet by guest.
Rates/Taxes – Nightly rates are based on room features, max occupancy, size, and season. Rates can be found listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. A credit card processing fee, sales tax, occupancy tax, and nightly tax are added to all reservations. *Note: Nashville is a growing city so there is always potential for a change in city/state taxes. Tax changes are out of our control and we are required by law to collect all current taxes on every reservation, regardless of the taxes that were charged when the reservation was made.
Non-Smoking Property – All of our rooms at Reunion are non-smoking and smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas of the property. Any evidence of smoking found in a room will result in a $200 charge to your credit card on file for additional cleaning and deodorizing.
Housekeeping & Additional Charges – The housekeeping fees included in your total reservation amount include housekeeping service upon departure only. You are responsible for the cleaning of your room during your stay. Guests will be charged for additional cleaning if any bodily fluids are found in the room upon check out.
Internet Service/Utilities – All properties have complimentary wifi available. Information for access will be sent via email. No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, telephone service, elevator, or internet service. Outages will be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
Compliance with Local Laws – Guest in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof. Guest further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
No Pets – We enforce a no pet policy. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances (service dog) and must be arranged in advance. If any evidence of a non pre-approved pet is found on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately and forfeit all reservation payments. Any evidence of a pet in your room or on the premises may also result in additional charges to your credit card on file.
Parking – There are eight dedicated parking spaces reserved for guests. Four spaces located at the rear of the building (one of which is ADA-accessible) and a additional 4 spaces located in a Premier Parking lot at 1015 Clearview Avenue. Parking passes are located in the room. There is a $100 fee is the pass is not left in room at check out. If additional parking is needed, street parking is available.
Check-In/ Check-Out – Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. CST. We operate a completely autonomous hotel without staff or a check in concierge. All check in information, including the key code to access the building and your room, will be sent to you via email the day of your arrival. We are unable to guarantee an early check-in, as we need to make sure our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly prepare the room for your stay; however, we will do our best to accommodate. Please reach out to us via phone or through the booking platform to inquire about an early check-in or late check-out. Note: Early departures will be charged per the original reservation.
Noise - Reunion is located in one of Nashville's most vibrant urban districts, so there can be street noise. Reunion Bar is also located on the same property. Please note the property description on our website for bar hours. Additionally, the courtyard and the rooftop are shared spaces and are occasionally reserved for private events. We do not have quiet hours, but if guests are being unnecessarily disruptive, please notify us immediately.
Site Conditions - We have an ADA-compliant elevator with access to the second floor. The second and third floors are also accessible by an exterior staircase in the courtyard. Guests are responsible for carrying their luggage to and from their rooms.Rooms 101-102 are located on the ground floor. Rooms 201-204 are located up one flight of stairs on the second floor. Rooms 301-302 are located up two flights of stairs on the third floor. (Not accessible by elevator)
Private Parties/Events - Hotel rooms must be used for lodging purposes only. Guests are not permitted to host parties/events in their rooms or any of the public areas without prior written approval from hotel management. To be approved for private parties/events, Guests must sign a separate event contract and pay the associated event fees at least 24 hours in advance of the event. Any guest who violates this policy and hosts a party or event without signing an event contract and paying event fees will be subject to immediate eviction from the property and a penalty of $500 + damages. That penalty will automatically be charged to the credit card on the Guest's reservation and the Guest will not be refunded for their hotel stay or any other costs. These terms apply to violations that were not discovered until after checkout.
Refusal of Service - Reunion reserves the right to deny entrance and/or service to any Guest who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who is disrespectful or disruptive to staff or other guests. Any such behavior may result in us terminating your stay with us, effective immediately, with NO refund.
