Property consists in 4 separate Villas that sleeps 4 persons per Villa with private bathroom each, the 4 Villas accommodate total of 16 guests, with a community kitchen, pool, 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes walk to Playa Grande Beach and great restaurants nearby. Great place for family reunions and friends gatherings !
Here at Villas Kalei the safety of our guests has always been our top priority, for that reason we will continue in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, following protocols and monitoring the Costa Rican Ministry of Health statements that way you can enjoy a relax stress free vacation. We are using a high quality environmental friendly disinfecting and cleaning products made in Costa Rica to avoid the risk of transmission. We have established strict sanitation guidelines in the Villas and throughout out the property. We are also implementing our Contactless Online Check-in is a new feature that eliminate the wait & paperwork at the reception desk and better communication with our guests in your own language.

All deposits are Non-Refundable. Reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior arrival date.

GREEN SEASON

Terms and Conditions
*All reservations must be done online (NO WALK-INS)
*Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation or check in without a parent or legal guardian.
*All reservations require 50% non-refundable deposit payment at the time of reservation with a valid Credit Card and 50% final payment 30 days prior arrival date.
* Rates are per Villa per night.
* Rates are per double occupancy, extra person will be a $10.00 additional charge per night per person.
* Rates does not include Government tax 13% and cleaning fee and 1% community fund.
* Children under 3 years stay free of charge (sharing room with parents)
* Children over 4 years and up, there will be $10.00 additional charge per night.
* A maximum of 4 persons per Villa is allowed.
* Pack N' Play for rent, fee $15.00 per stay, for children 2 and younger (upon availability)
* Parking is free of charge, inside the gated property.
* We Villas Kalei contact you via Email or WhatsApp for more information regarding check-in day, also you will received
an email from our contactless online check-in service Duve for documents that we required at the time of check-in.
* Check-in is at 2:00 PM - Early check-in from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm, subject to availability and fees apply.
* Check-out is at 11:00 AM - Late check-out past 11:00 am, subject to availability and fees apply.
* For Check-In we require a valid Credit Card, Photo ID or Passport, this can be done via contactless online check-in.
* Payments via Paypal there will be a transaction fee.
** We are a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY is prohibited to smoke, vaping, e-cigarettes or
any other electronic devices inside Villas and Common Areas
(There will be a $300.00 charge cleaning fee for smoking inside the Villa )
** NO PETS allowed at Villas Kalei
* Villas Kalei does not accept responsibility for missing or lost items.
* Please return Villa Key at checkout. There will be a $50.00 charge per key if is not return or lost.
* There will be a $25.00 extra charge per Towel if Pool or Beach Towels are not returned into the Villa or if they are lost.
( Please do not take Pool Towels - Beige color to the Beach. use the Beach Towels - Blue color )
* Housekeeping every three days or daily upon request, service is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm please make your Villa available for one hour during this time.
* Since we are an Eco-Friendly hotel we need your help in changing sheets and towels every 3 days.
(Let us know if you need to change them on a daily basis )
* IN-ROOM PARTIES are prohibited we want for our guests to have a pleasant stay for that reason we protect the hotel and our guests at all times,
QUIET TIME is at 10:00 PM. In the event of disturbance one warning will be given to reduce the noise. If this warning is not followed by the guests will
forfeit all fees and guests will be ask to leave the hotel immediately.
* For the privacy of our other guests NO OUTSIDE VISITORS allowed, only registered guests.
