Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations or changes need to be made within 3 days of the time of arrival. You are responsible for the room charge no exceptions will be made with in 3 days of the reservation. Any Deposit of prepayment by request of the guest is non-Refundable for any reason even if made 3 prior to arrival. We highly recommend trip insurance for any last minute issues that may arrise.

Check-In: 3 PM Check-Out: 11 AM
Check-in Policy: Office hours: 3 P.M. to 7 P.M.
If you would like to arrive before 3 pm please contact us by phone prior to arrival to make arrangements. If you would like to arrive later than 7 pm with a valid credit card number we will make arrangements for you to go directly to your room upon arrival.

Any Deposit of prepayment if requested is non-Refundable for any reason even if made 3 prior to arrival.
Payments will be processed 3 days Prior to arrival please be sure your payment method is accurate to avoid cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
Bybee's Steppingstone Motel is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
Deposit Policy: A Valid credit card number is due at the time the reservation is made in order to make/ guarantee a reservation. We do charge the card the reservation is made with 2 days before arrival unless otherwise
requested. The reservation total is due before checking-in.
Pet Policy: Bybee's Steppingstone Motel does not allow pets in the rooms. Please make arrangements prior to arrival.
Damage Policy: Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.
Smoking Policy: For the consideration of others, Bybee's Steppingstone Motel offers a non-smoking facility and smoking inside the rooms will not be tolerated. Designated smoking areas are available.
Any Violation of these policies could result in fees.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
The Bybee's Steppingstone reserves the right to alter or cancel this reservation at any time.
