Terms and Conditions
*Mandatory: For check-in it is mandatory to present original identification (passport, citizenship card or foreigner)
*Taxes: Residents in Colombia must pay a VAT of 19% on the value of their stay. This value does not appear in the final rate of the reservation. Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT only if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific or, sports, conventions or business, (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the TP code with a validity of 90 days.
* The entry of minors is not allowed. Single access for over 18 years.
* Small pets (up to 17 kilograms - 34 lbs) are allowed in private rooms only. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room. Your stay has an additional cost of 15 USD. Assistance dogs or guide dogs will always be allowed in any of our outlets and are free of charge as long as the owner presents a certificate confirming that their dog is an Assistance or guide dog. At check-in, a copy of the pet's passport must be presented. *You must review additional policies, at the time of check-in, about the care of your pet during your stay.
*Beds are not pre-assigned. If you come in a group and want to share the same bedroom, you must inform us by e-mail and we will do our best to stay together... this depends on availability... don't forget!
*You must pay the balance of your reservation in Colombian pesos at the time of Check in. The total in dollars (or other currencies) is informative and varies depending on the exchange rate.
*You can make payments by credit card, visa master or amex (This property can pre-authorize the charge to your card before arrival).
*We have a luggage room at the reception, you can store your personal items in case you arrive before check-in time or travel after check-out time.
*Breakfast is NOT included in the rates. You can purchase it at a special price when confirming and completing your reservation through the website, by contacting us via WhatsApp, or at the reception upon your arrival. Please note that the promotion does not apply after check-in.
*Private room balconies or terraces are subject to availability.
*Access to the sauna and steam bath is included in the rate of all rooms to access from Tuesday to Friday. The massages and the hydromassage circuit have an additional cost. But if you are a guest at Viajero Bogotá you will have a special discount.
