- This is a non-refundable booking.
- No changes or cancellations are allowed 24 hours after booking.
- Flexible booking.
- Cancel or change up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Beyond this, modifications are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations & Check in:
- Guest must be 21+ to book a room and to check-in.
- Room keys will only be released to the reservation holder.
- Room rates are subject to change.
- Same day complimentary pre-check-in luggage storage is available
- All rooms except our Double Double rooms have a maximum capacity of Two (2) guests including visitors, Double Double Rooms have a maximum occupancy of Four (4) guests including visitors
- Parties in guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
For our guests' convenience and security, we've implemented a straightforward ID verification process through our guest portal. After booking your stay, you'll receive a text message containing a link to our portal. Simply follow the link to verify your identity, a crucial step to receive your room mobile key via OpenKey App. This ensures a seamless and secure check-in experience upon your arrival at Untitled.
Check-Out:
- Check-out time is before 11am.
- Same day complimentary post check-out luggage storage is available. Luggage left overnight will be discarded.
- We accept no liability for guest's personal belongings left behind in the room or common areas.
- UNTITLED is a 100% smoke-free building, recognizing that smoking in our guest rooms and building is detrimental to the health and safety of everyone..
- Guests in violation of our NO SMOKING policy will incur a $150 cleaning fee charged against their security deposit.
- Pets including Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed.
- Government certified Service dogs are welcome.
- Allowed Service dogs shall not be left unattended in the rooms or common areas at any time.
- Guests agree to pay UNTITLED charges for any necessary cleaning or repair due to Service dog stains and/or damage, as determined within the sole discretion of UNTITLED.

- We accept no liability for guest's mail or packages delivered to UNTITLED
- Food delivery personnel is not allowed to go to guest-rooms floors and rooms. Guests are required to make arrangements and personally collect their items from our lobby.
- We do not accept or keep mail or packages for guests. Guests are required to make prior arrangements with a local and independent mail facility like www.easyprintpacknship.com (201 Allen Street, New York, NY)
- A credit hold of 300$ per reservation, The fee will be released at check-out after room is cleared.
- During your stay, the room and its contents should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to UNTITLED staff is expected with any damages.
- Security Deposit is fully refundable after checkout, upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of the room and its contents.
- Guest is financially liable for any damages to the room. This includes losses caused by the guests' or visitor's negligent actions and behavior.
- Any costs will be deducted from the deposit immediately and any additional costs will be collected using the guests credit card on file if they are greater than the deposit.
*Please note that we reserve the right to cancel reservations without issuing a refund if any of our stated policies are violated.
