Property and Cancelation Policies :
A deposit of 25% of the reservation is required in advance. There is a non-refundable $100 processing fee for any cancellation.
To cancel a reservation, please allow 30 days notice prior to scheduled check in date to qualify for the full refund of the deposit (minus $100 processing fee).
Cancelling between 14-30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation on your credit card.
Cancelling less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
Any 'No Shows’ or failure to inform us of a cancellation, you will be charged the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
There will be no refunds for an Early Departures.
Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in: You can check-in any time from 4:00PM by local time. The balance of the full reservation amount is payable on arrival date at 2:00PM, two hours before the check-in time. Please note that the door lock code will be provided once the full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the home has been received and approved.
Check-out: You can check-out any time up until 11:00AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the home is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the home is occupied again.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Peace Property Management Company LTD and we do NOT charge your credit card.
Parking: A private driveway is provided and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
No smoking, no pet friendly, quiet time from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
