Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the day of the scheduled arrival does not generate any penalty, except when the reservation has been paid through Paypal; in this case, a 7% penalty is charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the day of the scheduled arrival generates a penalty iqual to the amount of the entire reservation

Children of 6 y/o or younger can be accomodated free of charge, with a limit of one child per room. Children older than 6 y/o are considered as adults..
RESERVATIONS:
The credit cards are not charged at the moment of booking. The payment is always made at the hotel.
The Payment of the reservation made through Paypal is subject to a penalty in case of cancellation (see Penalties paragraph for more details)
PENALTIES:
No-Show: the penalty is iqual to the amount of the entire reservation

EXEMPTION OF THE TAX OVER THE SALES:
To be exempted of the tax of 18% over the sales, the guests have to show their passport and their Andean Migration Card upon Check-In. If these documents cannot be provided, a penalty iqual to the tax over the sales is generated.
REFUND:
The last date to request a refund is 30 days after arrival of the guest. All applications are evaluated and a refund will be made after a thorough analisis.
The hotel has 30 days to implement the refund, if applicable.
MODIFICATIONS:
Any modification involving a change in the dates is subject to availability.
