All rates based on two persons.
Sorry, no discounts for holidays, special events, July through October. For these dates, a 14-day cancellation notice will be imposed. No refund.
Rates subject to change.
A $10 per pet per night fee will be charged for small dogs, and larger dogs over 50lbs will be charged $15 per pet per night.
We have a two-three night minimum for all weekends! Exceptions to this can be made if room for one night is available at a higher rate.
This exception must be approved by the innkeeper by calling the inn directly at 828 295-9559
Safety and COVID-19
Enhanced health and safety measures will be the utmost importance and guests still assume all the risk. Guests who have been exposed to COVID-19, displayed COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat) should find lodging elsewhere. For the safety of long-term guests and employees, The Homestead Inn is not offering respite rooms at this time. Should you fall ill during your stay, please notify staff so we can block your room for hazard cleaning upon your departure and connect you to any medical resources you may need. A mask is required for all of our guests at all times when you are out of your room on the property.
