GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
The following cancellation policies apply to reservations of 10 people or less. For group reservations of more than 10 people, special conditions apply and will be specifically mentioned in the reservation.
Our general cancellation policy is 3 DAYS (72 hours) before the day of arrival. That is, if cancelled or modified your reservation 3 DAYS (72 hours) before of the day of arrival at the hostel, no charge will be made. If cancelled or modified your reservation after this time or no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged on the credit card. But there are exceptions depending on the time of year and these exceptions are as follows:
EXCEPTIONS:
1- From the 1st November to the 30th April, the cancellation policy is 15 DAYS. That is, for bookings with stay during this period, if cancelled or modified your reservation 15 DAYS before of the day of arrival at the hostel, no charge will be made. If cancelled or modified your reservation after this time or no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged on the credit card.
2- From the 22nd December to the 6th January and from the 1st February to the 31th March the cancellation policy is 30 DAYS. That is, for bookings with stay during this period, if cancelled or modified your reservation 30 DAYS before of the day of arrival at the hostel, no charge will be made. If cancelled or modified your reservation after this time or no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged on the credit card.
3 - In the event that you have booked a NON-REFUNDABLE rate, under no circumstances will the amount of the booking be refunded once it has been made.

PAYMENT POLICY
SCHEDULE CHEK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Ours is a small and family-run hostel. And, although we will meet every day at the hostel, there are no fixed reception hours. You will have a phone number where you can reach us 24 hours a day.
Check-in time (AUTO-CHECK-IN): from 2 p.m. Two days before the arrival date we will send you the instructions for the AUTO-CHECK-IN, so you can arrive at the time you need.
Check-out time: until 11.00 a.m. It is essential to leave the room before 11 a.m., but if you want to enjoy our services and common areas until later, you can do so for only € 10 per person. You will have access to the kitchen, bathrooms, pool, Wi-Fi, coffee, living room, etc. Even so, you can store your luggage free of charge before check-in or after check-out in our storage room.

Upon arrival we will explain the basic rules of the hostel that we ask you to respect while you stay at the hostel with us, for a comfortable stay for everyone. Nothing fancy, just common sense.

GROUP BOOKINGS
If you are more than 10 people, we consider it a group. To make a group reservation of more than 10 people, it is essential to make the reservation by email, since the reservation and cancellation conditions are different from individual reservations depending on the size of the group and the season. In the reservation process, by email, the reservation and cancellation conditions for the group reservation will be clearly and specifically detailed.
