Terms and Conditions
Check In
1. New Arrivals can check in from 2pm/14:00 until 6pm/18:00. Late check-in is available on request.
2. Valid identification is a requirement - passport or photo ID.
Check Out
1. Guests are requested to check out by 11:00. Late check-out is possible upon prior request.
Recycling and Energy Conservation
1. Do not waste water.
2. Please switch off all unnecessary lights and heaters when you are done using them.
3. Segregate the waste and place them in the designated bins - it is required by law.
Kitchen
1. You are responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen counters and appliances used for the preparation of your meals after you are done, this also includes the floor and fridge.
2. Notification to staff will be expected of any damages, breakages or expired food items left by other guests.
Rooms
1. Bedsheets and towels are provided.
2. For longer stays, room cleaning and changing of sheets and towels is available upon request.
Shared Bathrooms
1. Do not keep your belongings in the bathroom/toilet.
2. Switch off the lights and heating after using the facilities.
3. Keep the bathrooms clean!
Parking
1. Parking is available on request for €10 per night for cars and €5 per night for motorcycles. For longer stays the parking fee is negotiable.
Smoking
1. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas.
2. Any smoking or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a €150 cleaning fee.
General
1. Luggage can be kept at the reception before check-in or after check-out in agreement with the staff.
2. If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know before your original check-out time. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans.
3. All the equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the house.
4. The guest is subject to a replacement cost of the following items: room or locker key (25€ or 5€), access card (4€). Replacement cost payment link will be sent to the guest via available means.
5. The guest is financially responsible for any damages, this includes losses caused by the guest. A summary check will be made of the condition of the guest's chosen accommodation, equipment and facilities soon after check-out. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email within 14 days of the check-out.
