Terms and Conditions
•The Pool can only be used between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
•The total number of guests registered must correspond to the number of people on the reservation. Pricing is based on occupancy, please update the reservation accordingly prior to check-in to avoid increased fees. We charge $30 USD per night per each additional guest added to the reservation prior to check-in; this fee increases to $60 USD a night per person for additional guests reported during or after check-in. *Plus applicable taxes and fees.
•Check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If a guest remains after this time, an additional half-day rent may be charged (depending on the actual time of departure the fee can be higher).
•Pets are not allowed, unless they are guiding for any type of disabilities with an official certificate (service pets).
•By Mexican law, all homes are non-smoking, it’s not allowed to smoke inside any part of the homes.
•We assume no responsibility for any loss the guest may suffer in values, cash or documents.
•Guests are not allowed to disturb the peace or cause annoyances to other guests in the units. The use of tape and radio players without headphones are not allowed inside rooms or public areas.
•Guests are not permitted to nail or hang objects on the walls, light fires, have inflammable substances or products of easy decomposition that can bother other guests. It is also prohibited to have luggage or other large boxes or objects on the terrace.
•The Rent for our stays must be paid in advance. Reservations will not be honored if guest delays payment for this service.
•Everybody should take adequate care of furniture in the Homes. Any damage that occurs during the stay is the responsibility of the registered guest, damages to room inventory are not covered by the room rent and a replacement cost will be charged. Upon departure, guests are responsible for closing windows, main door, turning off the water faucets, turn off the lights and close the door.
•Guests must return Access and Garage Key Cards. If not returned, there is a fine per lost card.
•We will take care of personal items left at the homes for a period of 30 days.
•We reserve the right to refuse admission to people with activities or conduct that area punishable under the laws and affect the tranquility of our establishment and our guests.
•The condominium building and community have no lifeguard on duty. Guests should observe pool regulations and signs on the beach for their own safety.
•The condominium has various regulations that will be observed by guests for the swimming pool, hotel guest parking and grill use. The community has the right to take proper corrective and preventive measures to ensure the quality, safety and service standards to our guests.
•Situations not considered in these regulations will be addressed according to the current Mexican Lodging Regulations, Federal Tourism Law and all other legal dispositions applicable to this matter.
