The guests waive any rights to any compensation of injury or death caused by negligence of the guests or 3. persons on the premises
In case of natural disaster the hotel owner and/or management is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage of personal belongings or additional cost of the guests
All guests are solely responsible for any personal belongings in their rented rooms or on the hotel premises
the guests agree to waive any 3. party rights
In case of over booking, non availability of room due to mechanical failure or any other failure/disaster the hotel will assist the guest to rebook a similar accommodation without any severance pay
