25% Penalty Fee for Cancellation after booking
Cancellations at least 45 days in advance of reservation date are entitled to a 50% refund.
Cancellations later than 45 days from arrival date are non-refundable - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Special Deal - Non-Refundable:

This Direct Booking Promotion is Non-refundable and dates cannot be changed after booking.

Standard Rate and Special Deal -Flexible:

Cancellation with full refund is only possible if done more than 30 days before date of arrival - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellation on or less than 30 days, but before 14 days from date of check in - subject to 50% refund only.
No cancellation and rebooking (change of date) is allowed within 14 days before the date of arrival. PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Rebooking (change of date) is possible if done more than 30 days before arrival.
First rebooking is free of charge. Subsequent change of dates are subject to a rebooking fee of 25% of room rate.
Rebooking (change of date) less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival is subject to a rebooking fee of 25% of room rate.
In case of force majeure events i.e. flight / ferry cancellation due to forces of nature, the hotel will offer travel fund valid for one (1) year from original check in date. Travel fund is transferable. Please coordinate with us closely at reservations@thebeachhouseocamocam.com for availability of new stay dates.

Extra Bed Fees

Adult (14 onwards): ₱3,000/night for extra bed set-up to be billed upon check out as part of room incidentals
Child (2 to 13 years): ₱2,500/night for extra bed set-up to be billed upon check out as part of room incidentals
Infant (1 to 2 years): ₱1,500/night for baby cot set-up to be billed upon check out as part of room incidentals
High chair for dining is free of charge (available upon request)

Food & Drinks

No outside food and drinks allowed (if caught, will be confiscated by the resort management)
Corkage fee of ₱1,000/bottle of wine or champagne and ₱1,500/bottle for spirits and hard liquor
