Property and Cancelation Policies :
- The standard rate allows cancellation or change of reservation date until the arrival date of the reservation.
- The semi-flexible rate allows cancellation or change of reservation date 2 days before the arrival date of the reservation. If you wish to cancel the reservation with less than 2 days of anticipation of the trip date, you will be charged, on the bank card left as a guarantee, with the first night of your trip. The exchange is subject to availability and may generate additional charges due to price differences. Just one change of date is allowed. The change must be requested by email to reservas@hotelmaisondelise.com and must be confirmed by the Reservation Department in order to be valid. In case the price applicable to the new date is lower to the original price, this situation will not incur any credit in favor of the client.
- In case of NO SHOW (it means not to show up on the arrival date), you will be charged 100% of the reservation, including VAT and service tax, on the bank card left as a guarantee.
Terms and Conditions
- The standard rate includes buffet breakfast.
- In the reservation process, 10% will be applied to the initial rate corresponding to the Service charge. People domiciled in Peru will be subject to the payment of10% of the General Sales Tax (IGV) at the time of check-in at the Hotel, in accordance with Peruvian legislation.
- Ratesdo not apply on event dates such as Perumin, Cade, Apec.
- EarlyC/I, Late C/O or Day Use rates are equivalent to 50% of the applied rate andare subject to availability and confirmation by the Reservations area. These rates do not include breakfast. If you want these services, you must contactreservas@hotelmaisondelise.com
- The option to pay at the hotel apply. The total of the reservation must be paid at the time of check-in; however, a credit card must be provided as a guarantee atthe time of booking; no charge will be made, however, the hotel may carry out a pre-authorization to validate the authenticity of the card; If it is an invalid card, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Noaccommodation fee will be charged to children under 13 years of age, as long asthey share the room with their parents and do not request an additional bed.The possibility of accommodating children free of charge sharing a room withtheir parents is subject to the type of room and its capacity.
- A maximum of 1 child free of accommodation paymentwill be allowed per room. However, S/38.00 will be charged upon check-in for breakfast for children between 8 and 12 years old.
- It isessential that all people staying in the room (including children) presenttheir national identification document at the time of check-in. Minors will beallowed to enter the hotel only when they are accompanied by one of theirparents, guardians or responsible persons and with their expressauthorization to enter the hotels (Notary Permit).
- Forchildren over 13 years old, the adult rate applies.
