Terms and Conditions
COVID 19 symptoms
If any of the occupants of your suite are displaying signs of the COVID 19 while staying with us then you should inform us immediately.
The main symptoms include high temperature, a new continuous cough and a loss of or change to your sense of smell or taste.
You will need to request a test and, if confirmed to have Covid-19, you should return home along with the rest of the occupants of your suite immediately. Guests should follow government guidelines on dealing with possible or confirmed coronavirus infection. We advise that you ensure your travel insurance covers you for such and over losses.
Prices & taxes
Prices are per suite per night for two occupants and includes VAT.
Check-in and Check-out
Guest can check in from 3pm and should checkout by 11am.
Payment & deposit
We require 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance payable upon departure.
Cancellation
All cancellations should be done via email to admin@hoststives.co.uk. Should you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to arrival you would receive a full refund.
Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund equal to the amount we can recover by letting the suite for the same period less any charges including card fees and commissions.
Adults only
Unless you book both our suites at the same time for the duration of your stay, Host is strictly for adults only and as it is designed to gives adults a well deserved break.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Unfortunately Host does not have a lift or level access due to amongst other things, the size, history and location of the property. We would make a copy of our disabled access statement available on request.
Parking
Allocated parking spaces are provided in the Bedford Road underground car park at own risk.
Non-smoking
Our property is strictly non smoking.
No pets
Regrettably we cannot accept pets in our suites.
