Guest may check in to their rooms after 4:00pm. Early check in is possible. Please call the hotel front desk for confirmation. A $25 fee will apply. Check-out is at or before 11:00am. Late check out is possible, fees will vary. Overnight parking is available for $14 per night.

Cancellation Policy: "Hot Date" reservations must be cancelled at least fifteen (15) days in advance, and full payment is due up to one month prior to arrival (Hoopfest, Bloomsday, New Year's Eve, Friday-Saturday: March-September. etc.).
Discounted rates of any kind cannot be modified in any way and are not eligible for cancellations.
Standard nightly reservations for 3 nights or less must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance or guest will be billed for one full night. Standard nightly reservations for 3 nights or more must be canceled at least 7 days in advance or guest will be billed 50% of total booking amount. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file in order to guarantee reservations. Full price of the room may be charged up to 30 days in advance. Any non-guaranteed reservations will result in reservations being canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival date. We look forward to serving you!
