Terms and Conditions
At check in, the registered guest is required to present a valid photo ID and credit card for incidentals. Must be over the age of 25 to make a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. For cash paying customers or debit card holders we do ask for a refundable $200 deposit for incidentals. Each room is allotted one parking spot. Additional cars will have to be parked offsite at a third party location not affiliated with Shoreline All Suites Inn & Cabana Colony Cottages for a nightly fee. Vehicles will be towed without notice if they do not have a parking pass. If canceled within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, a cancelation fee equal to the entire balance applies. Additionally, for shortened stays, the entire balance will still be charged.
