Singles, couples, groups, families - you are all welcome to join us for good food, lovely views and quiet relaxation.
Restaurant:
Our restaurant is open from 8am to 10pm, serving refreshments, snacks and meals.
Travel:
We can arrange taxi transfers from airport, bus and train stations, and pick-up from other villages.
- Prices are for 2 adults per room. GST tax will be added after you book and before a deposit is requested.
- Deposits on standard rates are 50% of booking price and nonrefundable.
- Prepayments on promotional rates are 100% of booking price and nonrefundable.
- Extra mattress can be added for a 3rd adult from 1000 to 1500 INR per night.
- Extra mattress for children under 12 years are free.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Deposits are not refundable, but in certain cases (e.g. flight cancellation) can be transferred to a future booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
Goods & Services Tax (GST) is not included in the listed room price.
We are legally obliged to charge it, and it will be added to your bill prior to requesting a deposit.
A deposit is required, and the balance of room price is payable on arrival.
Please read our travel information in full as the resort is difficult to find.
By coming to stay with us you are agreeing to these policies:
Peace Policy: no music in rooms. No loud parties.
Alcohol: no outside alcohol allowed - we have a full bar at the resort (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails etc.)
Room rates: Standard rate is for 2 adults per room.
Extra adults: Extra adults must use an extra mattress at 1000 to 1200 INR per night. Max 1 extra mattress per room.
Meals: No meals are included in room price. Our restaurant is open from 8am to 10pm.
Prices are as booked. No negotiation on room, taxi or bar/restaurant prices.
Upgrades: Room upgrades at resort by guest request will be charged at applicable rates.
Multiple-room bookings: you can request rooms side-by-side, and we will do our best to arrange this, but we cannot guarantee it.
Track-Taxis to/from Cola village: cost 500 INR (4-seater taxi) and 600 INR (6-seater taxi).
Taxis: Book your taxi at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day taxi bookings cannot be guaranteed. Night-time arrivals must only use our taxis as the resort is difficult to find at night.
Deposits: No deposit, no room. A deposit will be requested after you book.
Bar & Restaurant bills: 5% GST tax will be added at time of payment.
Refunds: can only be arranged by email and in certain circumstances. No refunds at resort. Refunds only given in genuine cases, e.g. where medical certs / last-minute flight changes etc. can be proved.
