The Fishing Bear Lodge (formerly Teton Mountain Inn) is
located in Ashton, ID and is under new ownership and has been fully renovated
with a fresh new look for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The Lodge is
positioned in the midst of amazing scenery, natural wonders and breathtaking
landscapes in almost every direction.
Guests will enjoy being just minutes from popular
destinations like the beautiful Mesa Falls, Yellowstone and Grand
Tetons National Parks as well as the Caribou Targhee National Forest. You can try your hand, Fly Fishing, on the World Class Henry’s Fork of the Snake River, 5 minutes away from the Lodge.
If
you are looking to cool off on a summer day, you can also enjoy a self-guided
“float” down the river…. bring your camera because Moose, deer, Elk and other
wildlife are often seen along the shore. You can also visit Idaho
Falls and other gorgeous locales in delightful, rural Idaho.
There
are so many exciting things to do and see in Idaho and the surrounding area,
and our location keeps vacationers close to all the action.
The Lodge offers amenities and services that ensure vacationing
families don't compromise on comfort.
Each air-conditioned guest room has one or two queens beds and a
spacious bath or shower with free bath amenities.
Rooms include Satellite TV,
microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, Free Wi-Fi and USB lamps charging stations.
We are a dog-friendly facility we do require a pet
fee per night depending on size of dog, please refer to pet policy.

Absolutely No Smoking in any guest rooms, office or any indoor facility. Additional fees will be imposed to guest for significant cleaning if smoking occurs in guest room.
Dogs are welcome. However, dogs may not be left alone in the guest room at any time. A pet fee will be required depending on size of dog. Our rooms are meticulously kept for you and your furry family members, however, if there is additional cleaning needed to offer the same to our next guests this will be charged to you..(we are sure you understand).
