- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Reservations must be cancelled or modified 2 days prior to guest arrival day to avoid full cancellation fee for non promotional rates.
- For booking of promotional rate plans, any cancellations or amendments has to be made 7 days to arrival. Pre-authorization of the full amount will be done at the point of booking. There will be no refunds on cancellations that was made out of the cancellation window. Cancellation will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking. Amendment of stay is possible at a fee but subjected to rooms availability and rate difference; if any. - 100% room charge applies for any No Show booking.

Terms and Conditions
- A refundable security deposit of SGD100 per room is required upon check in.
- Child below 10 year old stays for free using existing bed.
- Additional occupant of 10 year old and above is chargeable at SGD25 nett per night using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in hotel rooms. All visitors must leave the premise by 10pm.
- Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 years old.
- No pets are allowed at the hotel.
- Cleaning Fees of SGD250 will be imposed if guest is caught smoking in the room.
- Deep cleaning fee of $350 would be imposed on guest who are tested COVID-19 positive during the stay.
- No Durian is allowed in the hotel premises. Cleaning fees of SGD200 will be imposed.
Credit card used as mode of guarantee/ payments has to be produced during check-in for verification purpose. Hotel reserved the rights to only accept bookings made in the name of credit card holder.
