With a completely new heated pool and huge sun-deck, whichever apartment you choose, you'll enjoy spacious accommodation for up to four people.
Each apartment features a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and private shower room. The bedrooms and living rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV and ceiling fan. Complete with a coffee machine, the kitchenettes include a hob, kettle, microwave and fridge. Towels and bed linen are included and changed regularly. Sea-view apartments have views of the ocean from their private balconies. Deluxe apartments have a huge terrace at the front complete with double Bali-bed and your own umbrella, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Ground-floor apartments enjoy a sunny aspect and include their own private terrace. Pool-view apartments have a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Flexible rates - the rates are more expensive and the rate is guaranteed at the time of booking. However the booking is flexible and will not be payable until 48 hours (or less) before the check in time. However a valid credit card must be received at the time of booking and the expiration date must be later than the reservation check in date. In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before the normal check-in time, nothing is due to the property.

Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR150 is required upon checking-in river to arrival. This takes the form of a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card. This pre-authorisation will expire a few days after your check out is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Cleaning:
For stays of up to 8 nights, apartments are not cleaned unless you pay extra for cleaning services. However fresh towels are provided after 4 days and your rubbish removed. A full clean will take place after 8 nights. If you book an apartments on a long-term rate (normally 28 days or more), no cleaning or servicing is included in the rate and no one will enter the apartment except for any maintenance issues. Extra cleans (including linen change) are available upon request with payment of the appropriate fee.
