2. Payment Options:
- Cash accepted as primary payment method at Check-in [Quetzales or USD
- Credit/Debit cards not accepted for payments but may be used to guarantee reservations or comply with the cancellation policy.
- Credit/Debit card payments accepted through Airbnb platform.
- PayPal is only accepted for security deposits, not as a payment method.
3. Security Deposit:
- Direct bookings made through CloudBeds platform or directly with host require a $100 USD PayPal deposit for confirmation.
- Not required for Airbnb and Booking.com reservations.
4. Check-In Requirement:
- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID (Passport) during check-in.
- Provide ETA in advance for a smoother check-in experience.
- Host will require 20-30 minutes upon client's arrival to complete check-in process.
5. Usage Policies:
- The property is for personal use only.
- Parties, business activities and pets are not permitted.
- Keep in mind that just a limited number of guests are allowed.
- Maintain moderation in noise levels, voices, and device volumes.
- Insurance coverage for the property is not provided in this area. Once checked in, guest is responsible for the property and their belongings.
6. Damages:
- Guests are responsible for any property damages during their stay (charges may apply).
7. Recreational Activities:
