Nestled just off Table Rock Lake is Flat Creek Lodge. The newly renovated decorum is fitted with new flat-screen televisions and furnishings! Our rooms are fitted with two full-sized beds or a single king bed. We are located just west of Branson next to Flat Creek Restaurant in Cape Fair, Missouri. Westrive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly lodgeexperience.  The following Lodge Policy/House Rules have been establishedbased on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and ourpersonal experience of owning and operating the Flat Creek Lodge since2009.  These Lodge Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservationagreement with you.  As our lodge guest, by reading and signing your registrationyou are agreeing to abide by all of our Lodge Policy/House Rules, terms andconditions, and procedures.  These Lodge Policy/House Rules are presentedhere to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that eachguest is aware of the understandings between the Flat Creek Lodge and theguest.  Our Lodge Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, soplease check back often.

100% SMOKE-FREE
 Flat Creek Lodge has been 100% Smoke-Free since 2008.  For safety and toassure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odorwhich is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that isdifficult to remove from the air, walls, and furniture we do not permit smokingtobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridgescontaining the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candleburning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smellingplant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. 
Guests are encouraged to notify Lodge Staff immediately if they smellcigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors.   This policy isnot intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke andhow it affects others.  A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside andaway from the building.  Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
 
CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS:
Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) areprohibited.  These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fineaccessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.  
 
 NO-COOKING, COOKING  APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS:
The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important tous.  Except for the microwave and refrigerator units that the lodgeprovides, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliancesis prohibited.  A minimum fee of $300.00 will be charged for cooking in aroom, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens,water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners,heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking.   

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Guests must be 18 years and older.  We accept Visa, Master Card, AmericanExpress, and Discover Card.  We do not charge your credit card at the timeyou make your reservations.  Your credit card guarantees yourreservations. Please make sure to receive a reservation confirmation numberwhen you make a reservation. Reservations must be cancelled Forty-eight (48hours), lodge time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a one (1)room night, plus tax cancellation fee.  Reservations will be held until11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date.  If you havenot checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge of one room night, plus tax willbe charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will becancelled.  Flat Creek Lodge is not responsible for weather conditions,personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

EARLY CHECK-IN/PRE-REGISTRATION:
Early check-in is offered based on availability.  If you require aguaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 4 p.m. then Pre-Registration andpayment may be required.  Please contact Lodge Staff directly to makereservations and complete a credit card authorization form prior to yourarrival (417) 538-4802.
 
CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at the Flat Creek Lodge. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required toconfirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photoidentification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) atcheck-in.  A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name ofthe guest registration is also required.  It is your responsibility tofully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations andcharges to your credit/debit card.  Some banks hold pending authorizationsfor up to 30 business days.
 
PRE-AUTHORIZATION AT CHECK-IN:
We have required pre-authorized of credit cards/debit cards at check-in since2009.  A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of a specific amount ofyour available credit limit balance placed on your credit/debit card for thefull amount of your intended stay, plus tax.  All credit/debit cards arepre-authorized at check-in.  Pre-authorization is not a charge to youraccount, it is a hold on those funds.  Once your actual charge is postedat check-out it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the originalpre-authorization to be removed by your bank.  Generally, most banksrelease the hold within 3-5 days.  It is your responsibility to be awareof how your bank handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our Lodge.
 
GUEST REGISTRATION:
We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservationsincluding first and last name, address, phone number, and signature.  Thenames of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered atcheck-in for security.
 
CHECK-OUT TIME:  Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
 
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:
Check-out time is 11 a.m.  Please check-out with Lodge Staff so thathousekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible.  If yourequire a later check-out, please contact Lodge Staff prior to the day of yourdeparture and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  A chargemay apply for late check-out.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
Guests who check out of the lodge after 11:00 a.m. and prior to their scheduleddeparture date are subject to an early departure fee of one night, plus tax.
 

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor orroom number, adjoining rooms, boat slips, etc. upon your arrival. All specialrequests are noted on reservations and we will do our best toaccommodate.   However, the availability of these items cannot beguaranteed in advance. 
 
MICROWAVE/REFRIGERATOR:
Except for the microwave and refrigerator units that the lodge provides,preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances isprohibited.  Not all rooms have a microwave and refrigerator unit. Bags ofice are available for your use free of charge.  We ask that you refrainfrom microwaving any pungent food as the odor is difficult to remove fromfabric, a cleaning fee may be assessed. Most commercially prepared foodintended for the microwave has not previously caused a problem, so we suggestthat option.  Microwaving your fresh caught catfish will be an issue.

ADA/HANDICAPPED ROOMS
ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reservedin advanced; please contact the Lodge directly (417) 538-4802. 
 
PAYMENT:  All reservations and registration must beguaranteed with a valid major credit card.  We accept Visa, Master Card,American Express, and Discover Card.  Pursuant to credit card agreements,credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder.  Credit cardsmust be signed.  Cash (USD) payment is welcomed with a signed andpre-authorized credit card.  All guests are required to present a validmajor credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests areplanning on paying in cash upon check-out.  Checks and foreign currencynot accepted.
 
CHECKS AND CHECK CASHING:
We do not accept checks.  We do not provide check cashing services.
 
DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD HOLDERS
Your credit card is not valid unless signed.  We will refuse an unsignedcard.  Your Debit or Credit Card will be pre-authorized at check-in forthe full amount of your stay.  The pre-authorization will HOLD the fundsuntil check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during your staywill be charged.  If you change your method of payment at check-out orchange the length of your stay, your bank may not post the changes to youraccount immediately.  Flat Creek Lodge has no control over the policies ofyour bank and will not be held liable for any “insufficient funds” penalties orany other resulting fees or charges.  It is your responsibility to fullyunderstand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations andcharges to your debit or credit card.  Some banks hold pendingauthorizations for up to 30 days. 
 

DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES:
There is no deposit required to make an individual room reservation. However, a major credit card is required at the time of booking to guaranteethe room and secure the reservation period.
 
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR GUESTS BY PRIVATE THIRD PARTIES:
Generally, third party payment is not permitted.  In the case of payingfor a family member if you will not be physically present at the lodge, werequire prior completion and approval of a Credit Card Authorization formincluding a copy of your driver’s license and the front and back of your signedcredit card.  You will be responsible for any and all damages andloss.  We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for anyreason.
 
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION BY CORPORATE THIRD-PARTIES:
Please contact Flat Creek Lodge at least 24 hours prior to guest’s arrival torequest a Credit Card Authorization form.  We are open until 12:00 a.m.,(417) 538-4802.  We must receive the information by fax (417) 538-4862 andprocess the approval for your reservations prior to the guest’s arrival.
 
PREPAID BOOKINGS:
Unless the transaction takes place directly at the lodge, Pre-Paid Bookingsrequire a Credit Card Authorization form to be completed and faxed to the lodge(417) 538-4962.  This form is available by calling the lodge directly (417)538-4802.
 
RATES:
All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax.  Rates mayincrease without notice.  Rates as advertised on the Flat Creek Lodgewebsite or any other website or promotional material are subject to change atany time and may increase or decrease at the lodge’s discretion. 
 
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:   Flat Creek Lodge isprivately owned and operated.  We reserve the right to refuse service toanyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.  FlatCreek Lodge has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit orrefuse service or accommodation in our lodge or may remove a person, withoutrefund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policiesestablished by the State of Missouri and the owners for the operation andmanagement of the lodge. Flat Creek Lodge will refuse service or evict a guest:for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence ofalcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderlyfashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance withstate liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace ofother guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times,seeks to use the lodge for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the lodge:an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive orhazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may bedangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to lodgeproperty or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowableoccupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policiesestablished by Flat Creek Lodge for the operation and management of our lodge.

QUIET HOURS:  10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you becomeaware of a disruptive guest, please contact Lodge Staff immediately by roomphone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at arespectful low level at all times.  Doors should be opened and closedquietly.  No congregating or running in halls.
  
CONNECTING ROOM POLICY:
Connecting rooms are subject to availability and can only be booked directlythrough the lodge.  Please call the lodge directly to discuss availableconfigurations.  Guests with a pet requesting a connecting room will beassessed a pet fee for both rooms.  The following connecting combinationsare available.
  
CANCELLATION: 
Flat Creek Lodge is not responsible for weather conditions, personalemergencies, or schedule changes.  Reservations must be cancelledforty-eight (48 hours) lodge time, prior to your arrival date, in order toavoid a one (1) night full room cancellation fee.  If reservations arecancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, your credit card may be c
harged the full roomcharge plus taxes. If you are staying more than one (1) night, only thefirst night and taxes will be charged.  If you cancel any reservation, youmust obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. 


NO SHOW CHARGES:
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteedwith a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your creditcard.  You will only be charged the first night, one (1) night’s full roomrate plus taxes and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled.

GROUP RESERVATIONS: 
Large group/Block reservations must be cancelled eight (8) weeks prior toarrival date.  Reservations cancelled after that date may be charged one(1) full room charge plus tax for each room reserved and the balance of theirreservations cancelled.


DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS:
To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe lodge experience,we provide daily housekeeping. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter theroom at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify thecondition of the room.  Management reserves the right to enter a room witha known status of “IN” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency,housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, andmechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our LodgePolicy/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, managementreserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction.  Theright to privacy ends when a Lodge Policy/House Rule is broken.  Lawenforcement will be granted immediate access to lodge property and rooms ofevicted guests.

CHILDREN:  Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed.  Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room withone or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding.  As the parents,guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsiblefor and must supervise them at all times.  For safety reasons,please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roamthe lodge property unsupervised.  Children under the age of 13 are notallowed on the dock without being accompanied and supervised by theirparent/guardian/chaperone. 
 
DOCK POLICY:
Still Needed MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Room occupancy requirements are based on fire code/fire safetyrestrictions. Room maximum occupancy is 4, If you exceed the maximumnumber of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom forproper accommodations or vacate the lodge.
 
ROOM CODES:
Room codes are issued to the registered guest(s).  No room codes will beissued to youth under 18 at any time.  I.D. is required if you havelost/forgot your code and require a new one. A unique computer generated codeis given at check-in.
 
HOUSEKEEPING/ROOM INSPECTION:
Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Housekeeping may start as early as 6 a.m. during hunting season.  This isa 100 % NON-SMOKING lodge, including medical marijuana.  Rooms are cleanedand inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room andlinen.  Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition without anyprohibited odor.  Housekeeping and Lodge Staff are trained and skilled inidentifying the odors from prohibited items.  If our investigation concludesthat you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item intoour facility, you will be fined, and evicted without any refund. 

LINEN CHANGING:
Your comfort is very important to us.  For guests staying multiplesnights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule.  Used towels areexchanged for fresh towels daily.  If Housekeeping is unable to change abed due to personal items left on a bed, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds eachday if all personal items are removed.  Please contact our staff if youhave any additional questions or concerns.

LOST & FOUND POLICY:
Flat Creek Lodge assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damagedvaluables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something ofvalue to you, please call us immediately (417) 538-4802 and we will try toassist you in locating your lost item. 

FOUND ITEMS:
Flat Creek Lodge is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by ourguests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in,and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen(14) days.  Records of Lost & Found items are retained for fiveyears.  Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an itemhas found.  Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries arediscarded.   
 
RETURN:
We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by United States PostalService.  Sorry, no UPS or FED EX deliveries.  Your credit card willbe charged packaging and postage, plus a $10.00 handling fee.  A separatereceipt will be mailed to you.  Flat Creek Lodge is not responsible forany item lost or misdirected during shipment by the United States PostalService.  Please contact the USPS Customer Service Department at1-800-275-8777.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS/NO CONTACT:  Lost & Found items are heldfor fourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest.  If guestcontact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we areunable to contact the guest during the fourteen (14) day holding period, theunclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed ofaccordingly by Flat Creek Lodge. 

 IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE:
Please notify staff in the event of a fire or other emergency.  A map thatshows emergency exits can be found on the back of your room door and in the GuestInformation Notebook located in each guest room.
 
FIRE SAFETY POLICY:
The lodge is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire safety information inGuest Room Notebook, and emergency evacuation plans on the door of each guestroom.  Please review this important information.


     FIREARMS AND WEAPONS:
The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important tous.  Our Firearms and Weapons Policy is designed for the protection of ourguests, vendors, staff, and owners, and pertains to the presence of firearmsand weapons on lodge premises.  Flat Creek Lodge recognize that guests andvendors may legally possess firearms or weapons for a variety of legitimatepurposes.  This policy has been developed to create a safe environment byproviding appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms and weapons on ourpremises.  Flat Creek Lodge is private property.  Guests, who arelawfully permitted to possess a firearm or weapon, may bring such onto our lodgepremises for storage purposes only, with the understanding that they arepersonally responsible for following:

  • Guests must abide by all Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Firearm and weapons must be appropriately registered.
  • No cleaning of firearms is permitted on lodge premises.
  • No firearms or weapons in the bar/restaurant. 
 Guests and vendors who fail to abide byour policy may be asked to leave the lodge premises, are subject to trespassand may be subject to further legal action.  Exempted from this policy arelaw enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on-duty andrequired to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.   Noexemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensedand permitted to carry a firearm openly or concealed under local, state, orfederal law, are exempt from this policy.  It is our policy to promptlyturn over any firearms left on the property to the Stone County Sheriff'sOffice if we are unable to contact the owner.  Questions concerning thesepolicies or its implementation may be addressed to the lodge owners directly (417)538-4802.   
 
INCASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE:

NO IN-ROOM PARTY:
Flat Creek Lodge enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protectthe lodge and our guests at all times.  No parties, loud disturbancesand/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the eventof a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce thenoise.  If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leavethe lodge without refund.   Registered guest(s) is responsible forall persons visiting.  Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until10:00 P.M.  If found with more “people” not listed on the GuestRegistration Form after 10:00 P.M. your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and may be accessGuest Compensation Disturbance Fee.
 

 FREEWi-Fi ACCESS:
Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests.  The lodge Wi-Fiaccess code is subject to change without notice.  Wi-Fi signals aresubject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the statusof our Wi-Fi-equipment, and interference from other local wirelesssignals.  Flat Creek Lodge assumes no liability for guest use. 
 
ENFORCEMENT:
All staff is trained and required to respond to potential violations of our LodgePolicy/House Rules. Guests who refuse to abide by the reasonable standardsand policies established by Flat Creek Lodge for safety of all guests, staff,owners, property, and the operation and management of the lodge will beevicted, with no refund. In addition to the room charge, a minimum$300.00 fee per room will be charged for infraction(s) of our LodgePolicy/House Rules.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Flat Creek Lodge makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information thatappears in this agreement is accurate.  However, no warranty, expressed orimplied, is given that the information provided in this agreement is errorfree.  Flat Creek Lodge does not accept liability for any errors and/oromissions, and reserves the right to change the information published at anytime and without notice.
  
ILLNESS AND EPIDEMICS:
Flat Creek Lodge reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guestarriving with a contagious disease.  In cases where sickness occurs duringthe stay, please notify the Lodge Staff.  In the case of serious sickness,you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearbyhealthcare facility.  During epidemics we are entitled to employprecautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under thecircumstances.
 
INFESTATION:
The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to our guests.  If youbring any infestation into your room or onto our lodge premises, we may charge youfor any and all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent responserequirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address theinfestation. 
 
DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF LODGE PROPERTY:
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate,negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), lodge’s premises or propertycaused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the lodgeduring your stay.  Flat Creek Lodge reserves the right to retain your creditcard and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debitthe credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deemnecessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or sufferedby Flat Creek Lodge as a result of the aforesaid.  Should this damage cometo light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you herebyauthorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred toyour room or the Lodge property during your stay, including and withoutlimitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee,cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.  We will make every effort torectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make therepairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guestwould incur to a minimum.

DAMAGE DISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT:
Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or“trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration feeand/or third party fees.
 
DAMAGE TO ROOM:  Damageto rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal ofelectronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full andnew replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to lodgeproperty, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of theregistered guest for each particular room.  Any costs associated withrepairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registeredguest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
 
DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING:
Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets,bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish,etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement ofthe damaged article.
 
DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIREDETECTION SYSTEMS/FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT:
Flat Creek Lodge reserve the right to take action against any guest or visitorfound to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughoutthe lodge, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glasspoints and fire extinguishers.  Guests or visitors found to have tamperedwith any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with anycosts incurred by the lodge due to their actions and will be evicted from the lodge. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may becomeinvolved at the lodge’s discretion.  Should the fact that fire-fighting ordetection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest hasdeparted, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge yourcredit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Lodge propertyduring your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage,missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
 
PARKINGAT OWN RISK:
All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in.  Parkingfor registered guest(s) is free.  All vehicles are parked at the risk ofthe owner.  Flat Creek Lodge shall not assume liability or responsibilityfor any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the lodgeproperty.  If a vehicle is left in the lodge parking lot after the guesthas departed without the written consent of the lodge, the lodge reserves theright to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.  No vehiclerepairs on lodge premises. 

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE LODGE POLICY/HOUSE RULES:
Flat Creek Lodge reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary oradd to these Lodge Policies/House Rules or the arrangements and contentfeatured on our Lodge website at any time without prior notice.  Pleasecheck our website regularly for updates to Lodge Policy/House Rules. Anymodification to these Lodge Policy/House Rules that occurs before yourdeparture is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copyof these Lodge Policy/House Rules is located on our website and available from LodgeStaff upon request.
