Guaranteed Reservations / Cancellations
To guarantee a room reservation it must be held with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A reservation is only confirmed when it is held with a credit card. This will hold your accommodations until 8:00 p.m. on the night of your arrival. If you do not call and let us know you will be later than 8:00 p.m. we have the right to cancel your reservation. If you are paying cash with a cash deposit, your reservation will only be guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 48-hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. We will strive to fulfill requests for specific rooms; however we cannot guarantee such a request.
Credit Card Authorization Forms
If you are using a 3rd party credit card, we must have a Credit Card Authorization form on file with the Front Desk. The credit card holder must fill out the form allowing us to charge their credit card without them being present. This is to protect the card holder and the hotel from credit card fraud. This form must be present before the guest can check in.
